This house is exactly why you love VRBO! This fully remodeled home has four bedrooms and three FULL bathrooms; two of which are large, en suite bathrooms. This house is less than 20 years old with a modern, desirable layout and floor plan. A smart TV is neatly hung without cords in every bedroom, not to mention a large smart TV in each of the two living spaces! Cook a meal in our open kitchen adorned wirh quartz countertops without missing any of the conversation at the dining table or living room entertainment. Our place is fur baby friendly with a fenced in backyard and is also wheelchair compliant with a ramp right up to the door! We offer deep discounts for weekly and monthly stays. Thank you.

This house was everything we needed for our trip to Topeka! A group of us traveled from IL to Topeka to see a friend from high school and her family. Kings Cottage was only 5 mins away from her house and was so convenient for the weekend! The game room in the basement and the man cave in the garage were added features that the kids loved! House was equipped with everything we needed and was clean. Neighbor hood was a little run down but that didn’t stop us from having a great time! Owner was quick to reply to any messages I sent and was great to work with. Would recommend to others and will be staying here again if we plan another trip back to Topeka.

Top notch property

Our stay was fabulous, from check in to check out. Easy access, easy exit. We could not ask for anything more. Love that every thing was labeled. All the extras at this location were an added benefit.

House is cute ans comfortable with a spacious finished basement. We had plenty of amenities and all of the TVs arw smart TVs. Easy check in and check out. Our host was great!

Perfect location for our activities (state swim meet). Plenty of room. Comfortable beds. Hot showers. Very clean. Enjoyed having the extra entertainment in the man cave and basement game area. Everything we needed and more! Definitely recommend and would stay again!

It was very clean and easy access to get in to house upon arrival. It had everything we needed. Very close to expo center where we attended HairBall concert. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Perfect for Spending Time Together

Our group had plenty of room, enjoyed the game room and loved how close we were to our other destinations in Topeka. If we need to stay overnight in Topeka, we'll for sure check the availability at King's Cottage.

Don't even spend your time looking elsewhere in Topeka

Amazing stay and our best vacation home we've ever stayed in as a family. Clean, spacious, cozy, inviting, and like you never left home. They really did think of everything with this place. The layout is awesome, with bedroom right off the kitchen with en suite bathroom, 2 other bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom right around the corner from 1 of those bedrooms. Then there is another bedroom downstairs with an adjoining bathroom. Our family of 6 had plenty of room and the beds were very comfortable to sleep on. To top it off, there is a spacious lounge sofa downstairs in what I'd call a movie room with an entertainment area around the corner, featuring 2 arcades and basketball hoop my kids couldn't get enough of. Even Mom and Dad joined in on the fun, and it was a great evening compared to staying in a boring hotel. Also, any questions we had regarding our stay, we were met quickly with friendly helpful replies. 10 out of 10 on this place. Will definitely book here again if and when we come back to Topeka. :-)

Fun for the family

The house was in great shape and easy to access. Our teens enjoyed the game area and there was plenty of space for all to enjoy time together. We plan to stay again on a future trip!
