Vous cherchez une maison rénovée et propre?La péninsule de Zhen est plus de 2000sq pieds charmante maison qui est parfaite pour votre détente. Situé dans un quartier calme, cette maison ouverte a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour votre séjour confortable; cuisine nouvelle et spacieuse avec des armoires à fermeture automatique et une ßle qui comprend tous les appareils en acier inoxydable et tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour préparer votre nourriture. Commencez votre journée avec une délicieuse tasse de café de Keurig 2. 0 cafetiÚre.
En plus de 3bed / 2bath, la maison dispose d'une salle de petit déjeuner / zone pour 6, salle à manger pour 8 et confortable salon en contrebas. Les deux, salle à manger et salon ont des cheminées. Les chambres ont de hauts plafonds. 2 des chambres sont grandes. Il y a une buanderie, 2 garages séparés pour trois (3) voitures et une allée circulaire pour un parking supplémentaire. Sortez à l'extérieur pour profiter de la grande cour, piscine et spa avec de belles vues sur la montagne. La piscine est sur le cÎté sud de la maison qui garantit le soleil tout au long de la journée. Il y a un barbecue au gaz / charbon de bois avec un brûleur et des ustensiles pour vos besoins de cuisine, table de patio w / chaises, salon zéro gravité et des chaises de plage autour de la piscine. Profitez d'une vue à couper le souffle des deux cÎtés de la maison.
Il ya 3 tĂ©lĂ©viseurs Ă  Ă©cran plat dans deux chambres et un salon, Blue Ray et lecteurs DVD. Il ya aussi un haut-parleur tour compatible Bluetooth qui peut ĂȘtre connectĂ© Ă  votre appareil Bluetooth et un PowerPeaker portable, qui peut ĂȘtre connectĂ© Ă  votre iphone ou ipod, pour vos besoins musicaux. Connexion internet WiFi haut dĂ©bit gratuite. Parcourir Internet ou regarder des films sur Neflix sur la tĂ©lĂ©vision dans le salon. Great House for a Getaway!

Great house, exactly as advertised and pictured. We really enjoyed our stay - the house is located in a super accessible part of town, is beautifully quiet and relaxing and the host is very responsive and accommodating. I would stay here again without question!

Delightful house

We really enjoyed the house. It was very clean. Plenty of space both inside and outside. Loved the hot tub and the grill was great. Beds were comfortable. Communication with Kar was easy and problems were resolved.

The house we stayed in during our weekend vacation was nothing short of amazing. We wanted to stay somewhere where we could have a stress free, relaxing, comfortable break from the sensory overload. This house was beyond beautiful, and it provided space & entertainment for everyone! We watched the NBA playoffs on the big screen in the comfortable living room & enjoyed the hot tub after a fun day of volleyball, pool basketball, BBQing, and tanning. This was definitely one of our most relaxing family vacations and you can bet we will come back!

Palm Springs - cycling week

We used the mild climate of Palm Springs to train on our road bikes. Our stay at this house made our training week much more enjoyable. After a hard day of training we all looked forward to going home to a nice hot shower and a very comfortable bed. This house offered all of that plus a nicely equipped kitchen where we prepared our meals. The house was well kept and clean and we would recommend it to anyone. Chances are we would stay there again next year.

We stayed at this property for 2 weeks in early November, and had a great time. The house is very nice, as is the property – all aspects were as described in the listing (or better). It is located in a nice, quiet area, yet is close to the downtown area and grocery stores. The streets in the neighborhood are not busy so morning walks were a pleasure. Being close to the airport, we were concerned about aircraft noise but were pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was. We also had never stayed in North PS before so had thought that it might be windy; we can honestly say that wind was not a problem. We did have some problems with the pool heater, but with the owner’s help, it all worked out well; the pool and spa are great. While in Palm Springs we typically cook and eat in, so the spacious kitchen and quality appliances were much appreciated. For gourmet cooking, you may need a few more utensils than are provided, but generally the kitchen is well equipped. The only (very minor) annoyance is the lack of a remote control for the garage door (I expect it did exist at some point but someone likely forgot to leave it behind when they left L). All in all, we had a wonderful experience at this home, and would recommend it highly.

Je recommande cette villa, bien située,trÚs propre. Elle est adaptée pour les enfants et pour tout le monde. Il y a absolument tout sur place du linge de toilette , de bain aux ustensiles de cuisine, électroménager, sÚche-cheveux, lave-linge, sÚche-linge, machine café et expresso, un barbecue .....nous n'avons manquez de rien. La piscine et le jacuzzi sont trÚs bien entretenus ( je conseil l'option "piscine chauffée" j'y étais en octobre) La wifi / la climatisation fonctionnent trÚs bien. Il y a de la place pour se garer, plus un trÚs grand garage. Le quartier est trÚs propre et calme. Et le propriétaire répond toujours et trÚs vite à la moindre question. Je recommande vivement, nous avons passez de trÚs bonnes vacances.

This house could be a gem. My family and I rented this house for 32 days in November 2022. We had issues when we first arrived (not enough bath towels, hand towels and no bath mats, 0 coffee mugs and no plug for the kitchen sink). We contacted the owner and he was receptive but still took a week to get replacements. As we got into our stay longer we found a lot more maintenance issues. It was apparent the house had sat empty for awhile and was very dusty and appliances etc had start up issues. The house advertises newly renovated(in 2012!!) as well as a ping pong table (left outside and surface has bubbled as well as ruined paddles etc.), pool table (cues have no tips) and garage(maintenance issue) that are unusable. Sheets on the bed were old and pilled. The backyard, pool and BBQ area are awesome although were all dirty and dusty. Very disappointed for the amount we paid.

Great Backyard

We stayed here for a month and brought our two small dogs. The yard is perfect and the house was spacious. Similar recommendations to previous guests to provide a welcome package with passwords and instructions. Everything worked well during our stay. The kitchen sink doesn’t have a plug although we managed by using the spray powerwash we purchased at the grocery store. Master suite had a great bed; v. comfortable. One could likely buy a plug for the kitchen sink at the dollar store. One small issue during our stay and the host was v. responsive. The garage was not available to use so keep that in mind. Over-all it met our needs and we would consider renting again.

A very nice house with lots of extras not usually furnished in a rental. Didn't like the ROKU tv setup very much. Owner was very prompt with correcting the few problems that occurred.

My family had a great mini vacation at this home. A beautiful spacious house with an amazing backyard for everyone to hang around, soak up the sun and play in the pool. House owner is very communicative, answering all my silly questions. We had a blast at this house and would definitely rent again. Clean, spacious, relaxing, beautiful views of the mountains, quiet neighborhood. Totally recommend.

This property has more potential than the rating it was given.

This property could have a high 4 rating with a few suggestions: 1. There was no welcome package when we arrived. We had the pass code to enter but no instructions on wifi. We did find them but they were buried in a drawer that we happened to open. 2. The seating in the living room was budget. There was no other soft seating with the home. 3. There were 4 TVs and only 1 was functional! 4. The glassware - especially wine glasses - was limited and spotty. 5. No drain plug for the bath tub. We need to improvise using the one from the kitchen. 6. Some up dated patio furniture would be a good idea for a home of this quality. Some lounges etc 7. We had some cool weather, instructions were not to use the fireplaces until we had contacted someone. Not sure who we were to contact. 8. the BBQ should be updated. These are all small items but some of the details shouldn't be left to the renter to fix/understand.

Kar was very pleasant to work with. I have some questions about the stay since I stayed a month and he answered them before I booked it. I came with my family to just relax and he made it a very pleasant stay. The house was very clean and had all the amenities. Even had a pool table! There was a large backyard so the kids were about to play soccer and run around. I will definitely return to this home next time I want to visit Palm Springs.

Great Place to Stay!

Had a great time and a wonderful vacation in Palm Springs with Family for New Years Eve. The place was really great and the owners were flexible and very responsive to our needs. The pool and hot tub were great, the kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we need. The place was exactly as advertised and we would definitely return. Highly recommended!

Beautiful home

We had a great stay in Palm Springs. We only stayed two days but would definitely like to come longer. Property is about 45 minutes from Joshua tree park which we hiked. The hot tub was wonderful at night and very refreshing. We had a little trouble getting it going but Zach was very responsive in getting it going for us remotely. (Most likely was a user error on my part!). The home was very comfortable and would be well suited for cooking large meals. It is also very close to the restaurants and small shops in town. All in all I wish we would have had more time to lounge by the pool and take in the area. Would definitely like to return and stay again.

Great experience!

Stayed here for Coachella weekend, which was a convenient 25-30 minute drive from the festival. The house had everything we were looking for - clean, spacious, large kitchen, washing machine, multiple bathrooms, etc. Check in and check out process were seamless. Also, Zareh (property owner) was very responsive to all my emails, which I greatly appreciated. Thanks for the great experience!

I live in Los Angeles, but love Palm Springs. That is why I decided to buy a house as vacation home. My family and I frequently visit Palm Springs and my Family loves staying in this House.Perfect house for Coachella and Stagecoach. I am sure you will enjoy your stay too!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The House has been completely remodeled with new everything. I have always stayed in this quiet neighborhood when visiting Palm Springs and I like the fact that there are no houses in the back; this gives additional privacy. Additionally, because of the position, the sun is present in the backyard/pool area at all times during the day with plenty of shade. Everything is just perfect for total relaxation.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

I like the way the House is positioned on the street and how it looks with its three car garages and circular driveway; the backyard if facing east, but the pool/jacuzzi are on the south side of the property, which gives you the opportunity to have sun for the entire day. The house is divided into 2 sections (bedrooms and living rooms) with separate 2 A/C Units, thermostats and two water heaters which provides additional security in case one of them goes down.
