Home Details:

The "Suite Escape" (MBR) features a giant Master Bath with double shower head walk-in shower, separate Jacuzzi tub that COMFORTABLY seats 2 adults (or multiple children for easy family bath time, separate vanities, and private toilet closet. In addition, you will find a 20' balcony overlooking pool and canal area. When you're ready to wind down, you'll enjoy the 50" 4k LED HDR smart TV, a Kingsize bed equipped with a top-of-the-line, sleep number, adjustable, mattress with giant pillow top, and black out curtains, and sound machine! **prepare for the most magnificent slumber!**

The Oasis (BR#2) also features a Kingsize bed with a deluxe Nolah Evolution "Luxury" mattress (4.9 of 5 stars), black out curtains, 50" TV with streaming availability, Nintendo NES classic mini console preloaded with 30 old school Nintendo games), slider closet. AND a walk-in closet! Inside the walk-in closet you will find the "The Secret Hideaway." Let's just say it will be the biggest hit to adults and children alike!

The Refuge (BR#3) features a queen size adjustable sleep number bed, double-slider closet, 50" TV with streaming abilities, DVD player (plenty of DVDs to choose from located in the living room downstairs), and black out curtains!

Bonus BR4 (downstairs with queen bed) doubles as an 'office space' for those who need it: comes with desk computer chair, monitor, printer/scanner and shredder provided. This bonus bedroom and dedicated workspace also features a double slider glass door (with remote-controlled blackout shades) and direct access to pool deck (Hammock outside and to the left).

Fitness room: Equipped with SECURE baby gates at both entrances, Elliptical, squat rack, bench, pull down machine, free weights galore, adjustable dumbbells (up to 90 lbs/piece), jump boxes, dip bar, yoga mats, yoga blocks, jump rope, bands, foam roller, workout DVDs, wall mounted TV, and more. NOTE: USE AT YOUR OWN RISK AND ADULTS ONLY.

Living Room: LARGE (over 400 sq. ft), vaulted ceiling, remote-controlled blackout shades on all windows and skylights, 75" smart TV with state-of-the-art SONOS surround sound system with subwoofer, soundbar, multiple speakers, etc. NOTE: System is controlled by tablet (smart tablet runs multiple smart features within the home and is based in the MBDRM but can be taken anywhere in the home).

More on Living Room: 360 game system, gobs of games, 4 game controllers with new batteries and spares provided, and DVD system with tons of DVD movies. to choose from. You'll also find a wall hanging electric guitar with Bluetooth Amp provided; if know how to pick, go for it! Couch, loveseat, Recliner, Fireplace (INOPERABLE). AND the Family FUN Center & CREATION STATION. Leave the games please, but take what you make for beautiful memories and souvenirs!

Kitchen: State of the art, large open kitchen with 42" cabinets, stocked with EVERYTHING you need for delicious home cooked meals! Granite counter tops, side-by-side fridge, ice maker and dispenser, filtered water dispenser, built in microwave, built-in oven, glass top cooktop, countertop air fryer, coffee station complete with coffee and sugar free syrups, food processor, electric mixer, electric peeler (super fun way to get little ones excited about eating fruits/vegies), pots, pans, utensils, silverware, placemats, and more! Not to mention the "Serving Hatch" passthrough double sliding window that opens directly to the pool! Imagine the ease of being able to make brunch for your family/friends while being able to clearly see and interact with them--comfort and safety! Some food, staples, spices, condiments, etc. have been provided - use what you want!

Dining room features glass-top table with chairs, semi-stocked liquor rack (consume responsibly), decorative curio cabinet (please do not open/remove items-sentimental value) as well as breakfast bar with two bar height chairs that look into kitchen and out to pool area.

Laundry room: You'll find beach access materials such as 2 beach chairs, HUGE pop-up beach canopy for sun protection for the whole family/group, front-loading washer and dryer, washing supplies, etc.

POOL DECK/OUTSIDE ENTERTAINMENT AREA: Where to start??? It is entirely screen-enclosed and has a 65" smart TV with remote (inside by fireplace mantle), also links to its own brand new, state of the art, SONOS system featuring, subwoofer, amp, and over 8 speakers. Link it to the inside system or operate independently. NOTE: System is controlled by tablet (smart tablet runs multiple smart features within the home and is based in the MBDRM but can be taken anywhere in the home). 2-lounge chairs, glass top dining table with rocking chairs and umbrella...BUT WAIT!! There's more!! A 14 ft, 2-person hammock (450 lb capacity) in the enclosed pool cage, wrap around bar area almost 20' in total, backyard access on both sides, outdoor mini fridge, pool mini basketball net, and a floating pool lounger.

You and your crew can enjoy movies, shows, or sports events while floating in the heated-saltwater pool (don't be afraid, water temp is kept at 88 degrees), swaying in the hammock, relaxing on the cabana bed, or sipping margaritas at the dining table! All the while enjoying the tunes/movies of your pleasure or turn it all of and find solace in the relaxing sounds of nature!

Outside of the pool cage and entirely fenced yard (excepting waterfront). Swim at your own risk, but why? The pool is right behind you! You'll also find the brand-new dock (rebuilt and extended Dec 24'), so feel free to throw in a fishing pole and try your luck--you will find some basic fishing gear in the shed. And what's a vaca without smores'? Utilize the outdoor in-ground fire pit for evening smores making! You'll find some fire starter fluid, kindling and medium and thicker wood pieces waiting for you and feel free to turn on the hose and pull it out for safety (it doesn't leak and is tangle free).

All of the doors leading to the pool have a safety locks at the top and are equipped with loud safety alarms, as they provide direct access to the pool area. They are installed to ensure the safety of children and to comply with the latest Short Term Rental Regulations established by the county.

Entrance: Arrive to the soothing sounds of the waterfall urns that light up at night. Parking in the extended driveway easily allows for 5 vehicles.
