This is a walkout partial basement apartment on the ground floor apartment of multi unit building. Ceilings are low and may not be ideal for taller guests. Enter through the bedroom with a queen bed. A cozy kitchen has all the appliances and tools for enjoying meals at home, complete with pull-out cafe table and bar stools. Living room is furnished with a sofa and TV. Sliding doors open to a private mini-deck with ocean view. Full bath with compact walk-in shower. Central AC/Heat.

Traveling with a dog? We’re happy to welcome well-behaved dogs with prior approval. A non-refundable pet fee of $200 applies per stay, with a maximum of 2 dogs. Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage or extra cleaning beyond standard turnover. Any additional charges will be based on the actual documented cost of cleaning, repair, or replacement. Service animals are not considered pets and are accommodated in accordance with applicable law and platform policy.
