I prefer not to go into too much detail, as I have many genuine positive reviews from guests who have stayed with honest intentions. As a gesture of goodwill, I provided a 30% refund due to the pool being slightly affected by environmental factors. However, as the guest could see before checkout, we worked diligently and restored it to perfect condition. The guest also reported that the stove was not working, which was not accurate. Nevertheless, I promptly provided an additional cooking appliance to ensure her comfort and continue addressing her requests. Despite these efforts, the guest continued requesting additional refunds without providing constructive feedback and was not respectful throughout the stay. She also brought a person without proper communication, which created unnecessary confusion. I even offered the option to find alternative accommodations, but she chose to remain and collect more money from me a some point was weird and funny how desperate she was asking for more money. I had no intention of leaving a review, but due to the nature of her comment, I feel it’s important to share this for clarity. As hosts, we work very hard to maintain our properties and provide a good experience for our guests. Additionally, I would prefer not to host this guest again in my place.
