My place is in West Tampa, one of the oldest neighborhoods, located West of the Hillsborough River approximately 4 miles from Downtown Tampa and a few minutes away from Tampa International Airport, Raymond James Stadium and many other Places, Restaurants and Bars that you can explore in the surrounding area.

Tampa Concert Weekend

The property was perfect for our needs. We attended a country concert Friday and downtown Tampa on Saturday. The location was perfect and all the basics were covered at the property. A clean safe place to sleep and shower. The communication with the host was great!

Clean, Private, Lovely patio

This place was perfect for my day night trip in Tampa. I most appreciate the cleanliness, the feeling of it being private - the space is separate from the house and tucked in a corner - and the lovely patio / backyard for hanging out. Only feedback is there could've been a better stocked coffee pantry and some larger cups/glasses. Other than that, temperature was controllable and effective, bed was comfy, communication with host was straightforward. Nothing confusing about the experience either. Overall great experience!

Easy convenient stay

Very good overall Check arrival was very smooth. The property manager is very responsive. Few minor things one is the bathroom faucet was not running very well and there’s missing out light bulbs but overall convenient and as stated on the listing would stay again.Thank you.

wifi was a little slow so it was hard to stream netflix, but beside that it was a perfect stay for our needs!

Private studio loft

Everything you need in your own private, back yard loft. Kitchenette had everything you needed if you wanted to make a meal. A/C and ceiling fan. Comfortable bed. Very close to airport. Host is on-site if you need anything. Highly recommend.

PRIME LOCATION

The unit was clean, private, close to the venues, and the property manager was amiable and accommodating. Will book again when in the area.

Very nice little place. Comfortably fit me and my partner. The host was very nice. Everything was clean and fully stocked. There was even pots, plates, and pans provided! I will 100% book here again! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great short term stay

Charming studio near Stadium

This is a great property if you plan to drop your bags and go out! It’s conveniently 1 mile from Raymond James Stadium. This studio has everything you need for a short stay. The neighborhood is nice but I would not recommend walking anywhere around, there really isn’t anything else there anyways. I would absolutely stay again for a stadium event.

Great Loft

Stayed at the loft for 10 days as a base to explore Tampa, St. Pete, and go to spring training games. Came just as advertised. Really enjoyed my trip.

Quick Trip to Tampa

We were looking for a place near the Raymond James Stadium to stay for one night for a concert. The property met all of our needs and the host was super responsive.

Cozy, Comfortable and Convenient

The host is absolutely stupendous!!! The communication is five star; whether we needed to have a direct phone conversation or if it was more "convenient" to text, our host was accommodating. The location is "conveniently" within four or less miles to two shopping malls and a park to relax or play. Excellent eating establishments are also within quick driving distances. The loft is exceptionally clean and has all the amenities we needed for a few days stay. The neighborhood is quiet, the loft is gated for privacy to relax and enjoy one's stay. If anyone is looking for a lovers getaway, choose this location!!!

Afforable and comfortable!

My fiance and I were in town for a concert on a Monday night we decided instead of doing a hotel we would try VRBO. We were very satisfied with the listing. We enjoyed having a kitchen to cook meals and having time alone by ourselves without having to worry about housekeeping knocking on the door. The bed was comfortable, we also liked the fact that we couldn't hear anything through the walls, the shower was roomy, the neighborhood was quiet. The host was prompt in replying to out questions. We stayed for 2 nights. Very affordable and super comfortable place. We will definitely stay there again if we are in Tampa. We even loved the swan towel on the bed at check-in!

Cute place

Our stay was good. The place was kept very clean and it was nice and quiet. Bed was comfortable and we were able to watch Netflix on the TV - which was a plus :) I didn't love the area we were in but it was fine for the stay. Very close to the stadium if you enjoy football and want to see Tampa Bay games!!
