I’m just someone who is obsessed with the Gulf and believes everyone needs a little more "Vitamin Sea" in their lives! I created this space as a sanctuary for the mind, body, and spirit. I wanted a place where you could walk in, see those 10th-floor ocean views, and feel your blood pressure instantly drop. Whether you’re here to reset your soul or just have a blast with the kids, I’ve tried to think of every little detail to make your stay easy.
Why I love this spot:
• The Morning Ritual: There is nothing like a sunrise walk on the beach to find the best seashells before the rest of the world wakes up.
• The Views: I still catch my breath every time I walk onto the balcony. The turquoise water never gets old!
• The Convenience: Honestly? Having a dedicated parking spot on the 10th floor is a total game-changer. Driving straight to your floor and walking to the door with your groceries (or your beach gear) is a dream.
When I’m not making sure the condo is sparkling for your arrival, you can find me grabbing a donut at the onsite coffee shop, catching a sunset cruise, or heading over to Pier Park for some window shopping.
I take my "Host" hat seriously because I want you to have the best vacation ever. I’m here to help you find the best local eats, the fastest go-karts at Race City, or the best spot to catch the Sea Screamer going by.

Why I Chose This Location: The Best of Both Worlds.
I chose a home at the Shores of Panama because it feels like a tropical island tucked right into the heart of Panama City Beach. You get that massive, "wow-factor" lagoon pool and resort energy, but the second you step into our 10th-floor condo, it’s nothing but peace, quiet, and Gulf breezes.
What sealed the deal for me:
• The "Magic" 10th Floor: Most people don't realize how huge this is until they get here! Having a dedicated parking spot on the 10th floor means you bypass the elevator wait when arriving with luggage or a trunk full of groceries. You just drive up, park, and walk right into your retreat. It makes "vacation life" so much smoother.
• The View (Obviously!): Being on the 10th floor is the "sweet spot." You’re high enough to see for miles down the coast and spot dolphins in the water, but close enough to hear the waves crashing on the shore.
• The "Walk to Everything" Factor: I love that I can grab a coffee and a donut downstairs, walk to Rock’it Lanes or Coconut Creek Mini-Golf, and be back in time for a sunset cocktail at the Tiki Bar.
• The Amenities: I wanted a place that worked year-round. Having the heated indoor pool and hot tub means that even on a chilly day or a rare rainy afternoon, the fun doesn't have to stop.
Basically, I chose this spot because it offers the ultimate "stress-free" beach experience. Between the oceanfront views and the same-floor parking, it’s just easy living—exactly what a beach trip should be!

Unlike many condos where the second "bedroom" is just a set of bunks in a hallway, our bunk room is a private space with its own door and its own full bathroom. This gives everyone in your party the privacy they need to truly recharge.
Front-Row Seats to Nature
Because we are on the 10th floor, you have a "Goldilocks" view of the Gulf. You are high enough to see the deep turquoise of the horizon and spot dolphin pods swimming by in the morning, yet close enough to feel connected to the white sands and hear the rhythmic sound of the waves.
