There’s four cozy bedrooms, each with their own smart TV – perfect for winding down with your favorite shows. The main bedroom has that hotel feel – king bed, walk-in closet, workstation, private bath, and extra twin roll away bed. Every room has fresh linens and a relaxing vibe to help you recharge.

• We take cleanliness seriously! Our team follows enhanced cleaning procedures between each stay, with extra attention to high-touched surfaces.
• The home has central heating and AC to keep you comfortable year-round
• This is a family-friendly neighborhood, so please keep noise down during quiet hours, especially at night.
• Pool heating is available up to 82°F for $150/day minimum. There is a 2-day minimum charge for pool heating. Pricing is based on current SDGE natural gas rates. Spa heating is always free, just press the button on the remote to turn on the jets and begin heating.
• Pool toys and floaties pictured are used for staging and are not guaranteed to be available during your stay. However, guests frequently leave behind pool items they’ve purchased, and when that happens, we keep them on-site—so there are often some available for use.
• If you are bringing a pet, a non-refundable pet fee of $100 will be added to the reservation and covers up to 2 dogs.
• Hosting more than 12 guests? Each additional guest will incur an extra $50 per night.
• Early check-in or late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours ahead of time and is subject to extra fees and availability.
