Such a cozy and clean little home. Host was quick, clear and efficient. We greatly enjoyed our time away. Felt very homie!!! Five stars, great experience!

This worked perfectly for us. There were three bedrooms, and each with their own bathroom. We love to walk everywhere and this was just far enough to keep you out of the crowds, but close enough to be in downtown within a few minutes. It is such a jewel! I would recommend staying at this property to anyone. We always parked on the lowest level- which meant 4 flights of stairs just to get to the 1st floor. Then you can take the elevator, or continue with stairs. We were okay with that. The views were amazing. Hopefully we can book this location again in the future. The hosts were very kind, always checking in before we left for our trip, and available during our stay if needed.

The place is a little dated however it’s convenient to Gatlinburg is was totally clean. It was perfect for what we were looking for for a weekend getaway. Everything worked out really well. Once you figure out the door lock everything’s good we enjoyed our stay.

Loved the location. Loved to balcony. Loved the beds & 3 baths. Disappointed the elevator was out of order as we were traveling with our 80 year old mom who has trouble walking and had to walk up 4 flights of stairs. One bedroom stayed pretty warm.

This unit is all about the view and location. A bit dated overall, couch had taped up spots like a cat had used it as a scratching post, and one recliner on the couch didn't work, a little odd to have pet cremation notes hung on the wall. Shower head with the jetted tub needs replaced, it didn't have any spray to it at all, had to stand directly under the head to bathe. Bedroom facing the downtown view had a slow draining tub and needs some Drano or a snake tool. The downtown proximity and mountain view was what drew me in and it fit into my budget for our family trip. Was a bit disappointed on inability to check in early at all. We traveled all night with a grandbaby, I asked if we could possibly get in around noon or any measure of early so we could stretch out and rest property, was told early check in couldn't be guaranteed but "will definitely let you know if it's ready before 4p" We were in the parking lot approx. 3pm. I understand if the location is still being cleaned but no one came or went, I even tried our door code a couple different times and it would not work until 4 on the dot!! That was disappointing when the unit was obviously ready for guests!

Host was helpful and friendly. View is great. The balcony is very large. Would be nice if there were more than one chair out there. Party of 4....with 1 chair. Supplies and toiletries are provided adequately. Condo itself could use some upgrades. It's adequate but a little stuck in the early 90s, decor-wise. Large furniture pieces are making the small living area feel even smaller and more cramped. The entry table is too large for that space. The couch has tape holding together ripped fabric. But it sits well. A few simple cosmetic changes could really make a difference.One of the headboards is loose from the frame causing the mattress to shift during the night. All beds are very hard to the point that a member of our group has to sleep in the living room recliner . Never found the washer dryer but we didnt really need to use it. I may have misunderstood there being one. Would be very helpful if rubber mats were availabile for the tubs. We had some issues with the entire facility (not the unit itself) in the fact that, while they advertise they have an elevator, they do not advertise that you have to climb a flight of steps and bring your luggage up those steps to even get to the landing where the elevator is. There are no ramps for strollers or wheelchairs. Renters with any form of mobility issue should be aware of that.Also, we weren't aware of the parking issue. Be prepared to either climb 4 flights of stairs or walk a winding steep drive.

We loved our stay at Breathe Inn! The balcony view of the strip was wonderful and was the perfect location to watch 4th of July fireworks. The host was quick to respond, very knowledgeable of the area and incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. The unit was very clean, well stocked with all the basic needs, and very comfortable. As mentioned in other reviews, the beds were quite hard but we came prepared with our own plush mattress topper and slept very comfortably. The condo overall was very clean, and had a nice pool and hot tub available. The laundry facilities for the condominium only include two washers and dryers, and payment is required via an app. There were no options to purchase detergent in the laundry rooom. We did not end up using them, so I did not ask the host if there was any provided back at the unit. Would absolutely stay here again in the future!
