Fun house!

Our kids absolutely loved this house. So many fun games and activities for our family. The movie theater was a huge hit! It truly made our family trip such a fun experience. We were pleasantly surprised how clean and well stocked it was. It had everything we needed. Our host was awesome. Very accommodating and quick to respond to anything we needed. Location of the house is great to all areas around Asheville. Easy in and out. We would definitely recommend to families that enjoy games and an easy stay.

Fantastic stay

We had a great time at this wonderful house in Asheville. Location was perfect and super easy to get downtown. The house has everything you could possibly need and was fully stocked unlike a lot of houses that I’ve rented in the past. Plenty of towels, toilet paper, kitchen, appliances, and pots and pans. When we arrived, there were fresh muffins and croissants, and a bottle of wine, waiting for us, which was lovely. The beds were super comfortable, and the pillows were too, which is also unusual in my experience. They were giant TVs and every room and we loved watching movies in the movie theater. We watched Jaws one and two! We had fantastic weather and the lake was beautiful to look at every day. We kayak and paddleboard in a little bit, but it was tricky to get the kayaks and board into the water. I’m not sure if perhaps there was something there before that was destroyed by the storm but a little gravel ramp or wood ramp into the water on the grassy area would help because it was super muddy. Honestly, the only other critique I have is that I wished that there were screen doors on the sliding glass doors so we could let the fresh air in, but we couldn’t do that because of the bugs. The basement was a little chilly and if we’ve been able to open the doors that would’ve solved the problem.Beyond that I have only good things to say about the house and the management company who was very responsive every time we have questions or concerns. I would absolutely rent again!

House was clean and stocked with lots of stuff! Easy access, except the downstairs door punch code did not work (think battery was dead). It was located in a good area with a lot of stuff nearby to do. Easy to communicate with host. The only thing I wish was that if the house was clean and ready to go that we could have had an early check-in without an extra charge. Other than that, it was a great trip and a great house for kids! Would recommend staying here!
