Welcome to AVL Grand Getaway, a 7000sqft+ mansion with resort style backyard. Whether you are having a large family gathering, hosting guests for your event, or just looking to relax and rejuvenate, this home is designed so you never feel like you need to leave home. But if you do, it's conveniently located to all the attractions Asheville area offers.

Guests can enjoy their freedom to check-in and check-out easily with keyless entry. Although I will personally not be greeting you at the house, I will be happy to help with anything before, during and after your stay. I am easily accessible all times via the app, text and email. Pet Fee: A non-refundable pet fee of $250 applies for up to 2 pets per reservation.

Exceptions: If you plan to bring more than 2 pets, please reach out to us in advance. We’re happy to review on a case-by-case basis and may be able to accommodate with prior approval.

WILDLIFE
It is common to see black bears in Western North Carolina Mountains. We do occasionally see bears on site. They keep to themselves but it's best to exercise reasonable precaution. Recommend leaving car doors locked and peek out before stepping outside. Make sure not to leave trash or food outside unattended.
