Traveled with a friend to visit relatives during heatwave. Window A/Cs kept the bedrooms nice and cold! There was still cleaning going on when we wanted to check in (some problem with the cleaners), but we were able to hang out on the patio and Jess gave us extra time for checkout. The house is a beautifully renovated and furnished bungalow. Perfect setup for these two friends and the two dogs. Bathroom between the bedrooms and fenced(!) yard with patio, hammock and cornhole game(alas, didn't use). It was spotless, the beds were comfortable, the living room cosy, the wifi fast and it is a convenient drive to downtown. Communication was easy and prompt. Neighborhood felt safe (took the dogs for a walk near midnight). We would definitely book again!

Cute, clean, nice

Cute little home, fresh, clean, had towels, comfy beds and linens. Nice modern furniture. Cute backyard. Full spacious kitchen. We enjoyed our stay.

The check-in process was very easy and the bungalow is a beautiful and comfortable place to stay. We stayed for 3 nights and it was perfect for what we needed while in Colorado visiting my daughter. Our host was really available and very polite if we had questions. We would definitely stay here during another visit !

Short stay in May

We were in town for our nephew's graduation and to visit family. This house was clean and comfortable, and the location was near my sister's house. I couldn't have asked for more. We will stay here again next time we're in Colorado Springs.

Cozy spot in a nice location

My wife and I stayed here for 4 days with our dog and it was a great spot for me to work from while she was gone all day taking a class each day. There's a nice park a couple blocks away to take the dog for a walk and it's a short drive to everything you need. Having a fenced in backyard was great for our dog too!

I love the outdoors! Hiking is my most favorite physical activity and it is also the best medicine in my opinion. I will be out camping as much as possible during the spring/summer/fall. Also, love offroading in my Taco and finding paths less traveled!
I'm passionate about taking care of and helping others. I thrive when seeing/knowing all beings are content and truly enjoy being a host. I've been an Airbnb Superhost/VRBO host since 2021. Gratefully, I have learned so much about what is the best hospitality and will continue to grow any way I can. I'm a Project Manager by day and love dancing the night away. I am a very proud mom of one awesome son who is my Millennium baby, born 1/1/2000! Thank you for reading.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Colorado Springs is a uniquely beautiful city with amazing mountains peering down at you with inviting green and rocky arms. I cannot get enough of the mountainous views here and imagine my guests feel the same! The bungalow defines being "centrally located". Downtown is minutes away with many restaurants and other mom & pops to choose from. Gorgeous and rather large Memorial Park two blocks away. Just five minute drive and you are heading up/down I 25. Garden of the Gods and many other attractions are 10-15 minutes away. On the chill/relaxing side, grateful to be in a quaint neighborhood with mature trees and less traffic.

When entering the bungalow, you will feel at ease as this is your home away from home. There will not be clutter. Furniture is simple yet still has character. Artwork throughout is Colorado born or captured beautiful nature near. The Nectar beds were particularily chosen with comfort and quality in mind. Newly remodeled kitchen and bathroom give a refreshing vibe. Kitchen is well stocked for all your cooking needs. There is huge focus on cleaning being done right before your arrival! The bungalow sits on a quiet street with mature trees and Pikes Peak views peeking through. There is a nice sized private fenced backyard for you to enjoy along with your furry companion/s.
