Fully furnished, lakefront home welcomes you to beautiful Beach Pond. This 2 bedroom house comfortably sleeps a max of 6 guests. Master bedroom boasts a stunning lake view and direct access to the waterside deck. A second bedroom is furnished with queen size bunk beds. The fully equipped kitchen includes dinnerware, cookware, utensils, toaster, keurig and an assortment of coffees, teas, sweeteners and creamers. Bed & bathroom amenities provide all the essentials needed for your stay, including a full size washer & dryer. The spacious deck off the living room provides ample seating for dining and relaxing while overlooking the water. A shaded patio with bbq grill & dining area provides more exquisite views of the lake. Generous grounds include a fire pit, personal dock with kayaks for your use & swimming area (seasonal). Privately owned off-street parking lot directly across from home (shared with our other home). Two public boat launches are available on the lake (CT & RI). Located central to popular attractions like Foxwoods Resort & Casino, Mohegan Sun, Norwich Inn & Spa, Mystic, Newport, Narragansett, Providence, Golf Courses, Vineyards & Breweries, Beaches, Hiking, Dining & Shopping. A welcome binder with house rules and important information is located in the home.
