★About Our Home★

The Pixar Palace is an ideal vacation home for families, extended family, or family friends looking to share wonderful experiences together in sunny Florida! With space for up to 20 people, the villa offers a comfortable environment for all ages with various common areas and activities available for kids, teenagers, and seniors. In addition to the various themed rooms, the villa features a private home theater, video games, foosball, board games, child-friendly equipment, and a private backyard swimming pool. The villa has five full bathrooms, eight bedrooms for 16+ guests, and first-floor suites ideal for seniors. For groups of friends, Pixar Palace offers a fun-filled weekend with a Buzz Lightyear arcade, Wall-E private movie theater, and a Coco game loft. The villa is just a 5-minute walk to the Oasis Club and a 5-minute drive to restaurants and attractions. Large groups are welcome, and the villa ensures a memorable vacation for all.

The house is located only a 20-minute drive from Disney World, Disney Animal Kingdom, SeaWorld, Epcot, the Convention Center, and Medieval Times Dinner & Tournament Events. ★Access Information★

Be our guest! All guests have exclusive access to this entire 8-bedroom villa, private pool & spa, and all of the clubhouse amenities at no additional cost except for the golf course (discounts available) !

To get in, you will be provided with an electronic guest pass for the duration of your stay. You will need to provide us with your party`s name (or the name of the person in charge) and the best email address so we can register you with the security gate.

Guests will have access to the entire house. The surrounding area is a residential gated community. Guests will have access to all Oasis Club amenities complimentary. Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions about the resort or area!

★Parking Note★

Free parking for 2 vehicles is available in the driveway, and street parking is available. Please be aware all vehicles that are found to be blocking access to open tops and/or compactors will be towed from the community immediately, with no prior warning.

★AC Note★

If the air temperature is below 60 the a/c will turn off.

★House Rules★

By booking this property, you agree to the following rules and terms. Please read carefully to avoid additional charges or cancellation of your reservation.

★Guests Rules★

• Respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Please do not move or rearrange furniture.
• Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Unauthorized guests will be charged $100 per person, per night.
• No parties or events allowed. Unauthorized gatherings will result in a $1,000 fee and immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund.
• No pets are allowed on the property. Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fee.
• No illegal drugs in the home or anywhere on the property. Violations will result in a $500 fee.
• Smoking, including marijuana, is strictly prohibited inside the house and anywhere on the property. Violations will result in a $500 fee.
• Check-out is at 10 AM; if you check out late without prior approval, you will be charged $100 per hour.
• Maximum of 20 guests. Additional, unapproved guests will be charged $100 per person, per night.
• Please clean up after yourself. Excessive mess will result in a $500 deep cleaning fee.
• Do not remove, cover, or tamper with smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, security cameras, Wi-Fi equipment, or any safety devices. You will be charged for any resulting damages and reinstallation costs.

★Appliances & Maintenance★

• Please use appliances responsibly. Misuse or damage may result in additional fees.
• Do not overload the washer or dryer. Clean out the lint trap after each use.
• If something breaks or stops working, report it immediately so we can resolve it quickly.
• If we dispatch maintenance and the issue is due to user error or the item is working properly, a $75 service call fee will be charged.

★Left Behind Items★

If any personal items are left behind, there will be a $25 fee plus shipping and travel costs to have them delivered or returned to you.

Failure to comply with these rules will result in a $500 fee and/or immediate eviction without refund.
If you notice any damages or breakages upon arrival, please inform us immediately so that we can make necessary arrangements for repairs.

★Important Note★

After booking, we require all guests to fill out a check-in form and submit a form of ID. Rest assured, your information is not used for any other purpose and is securely saved in our software. This requirement is in place for the following reasons:

1. Safety and Security: In the unlikely event of an emergency, having your identification on file ensures we can quickly assist you and any relevant authorities.
2. Verification: To ensure the person checking in matches the booking details, preventing fraudulent activity.
3. Insurance Purposes: To ensure coverage in the event of an incident, as our insurance policies require guest identification.

★Spa Heater Note★

If the air temperature is below 60 the a/c will turn off. Please be advised that the spa will not heat up as much if the outside temperature falls below 55°F. The heater is still working when it’s cold outside, but it is not capable of heating the pool to a very warm temperature in that scenario.
