Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We truly had a wonderful vacation experience at Island Time. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The fenced backyard was huge, safe and a perfect place for our dog. We loved the sunroom, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen and appliances all worked and everything we needed was provided. The only thing we would have liked to have had was a pool pass for our family.

The check-in process was easy. However, the printed check-out procedures did not address the keys, which we left on the home countertop as we found them. We later discovered via email that the keys were to be dropped off at the real estate office upon check-out. We did not check emails until several hours after check-out. Vacation for us means avoid phones/emails if we can. Additionally, the king mattress should be replaced and the DVD player did not work. We called the real estate office the second day and communicated the DVD issue. Besides the above, everthing else was great!

We could tell it was a pet friendly house by the ripped and duct taped couch. Also the feces stained rug in the bedroom. Blinds are broken in both bedrooms. Hair dryer was missing. Dirty dishes in the cabinet. Stove , dishwasher and washing machine were difficult to use. And it needs a deep clean !! We noticed red ants in the bathroom and wormy bugs in sunroom. A/C working well

The kids just love it, as there is an large fenced in backyard to run in and such a spacious sunroom. It's a quick walk to the beach, peaceful and quiet in the evenings, and has up-to-date appliances. We've become fond of this darling home and will be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: In general, the house was great for us because we had two dogs, and the fenced yard worked very well. The house paint is showing some wear around the edges like on the kitchen cupboards and other woodwork in the house. The kitchen cupboards were fairly dirty inside. The major issue I had was with the master bed which was very old and much too soft and I ended up with a back problem. The king mattress in the master bedroom needs to be replaced immediately. The other mattresses seemed acceptable.

It's block glass, so no completely clear, but not frosted either. You can see if someone is in the other bathroom, if they're sitting on the toilet, getting in or out of the shower, etc. They need to add a curtain.

In the middle of the week, one of the breakers blew. We didn't have access to the breaker box, they had someone out there in 30 minutes. Very responsive!House was great!
