Birthday

The house was beautiful and very spacious for my family. We all loved the pool and the out side area. I was surprised to find that the owner was staying in a 5th wheel on the property. He did not bother us and we really did not know he was there.

Review

The overall stay was okay. Communication regarding wifi could have been sent a day prior to when asked and there was no central AC just individual AC units throughout the home. There was also no wash rags to use in the home for bathing, just towels. This was an inconvenience because we had to leave to go buy some. There was also no TV’s in the living room or dining area, this would be useful for a party inside the house.

And the second bedroom upstairs the AC didn’t work in their room, so it’s hot. There’s so much more

so the home is beautiful, downstairs, the pool, they left the cleaning equipment in the pool The Jacuzzi had old Stillwater in there with cans in there the cabinets were dirty very very dusty like nobody had cleaned them in the master bedroom upstairs. There were bird cages and they were dead birds in there, which was horrible to see there were mosquitoes in the house like somebody had left the doors open so there was like a ton of mosquitoes so you were fighting them most of the night the first Day there were no fitted sheets on the beds just the flat sheet and I didn’t understand why check in process sucked because most host usually send you like a text message or email with checking instructions. The password to the emails rules and regulations. I had to ask him for the passcode to get in the house and they only text in Spanish so you’re constantly having to use Google translate to find out what’s going on unless you speak Spanish fluently nothing wrong with that it’s just I wish they would’ve maybe I don’t know did something elseso there’s no booklet in the house sometimes and if they don’t send your instructions, they might be a booklet of all the rules and regulations so there’s no checkout process no checking process and every time I ask a question I just got yeah I know no problem. The fire alarm the battery was dead so it was just constantly beeping and going off and when you get there, there’s like all these cars in the on the left side of the driveway just sitting

Accurate listing

My husband and our 4 children flew to Tampa for spring break to go to a spring training baseball game and Busch Gardens. This home was in a great location for us. You can tell this is a new property listing on VRBO. The home has been completely renovated, but some things haven't been added for guests. There were a lot of bath towels, but no hand towels and there weren't any trash cans upstairs. There wasn't a toaster or many kitchen items, which was fine because I didn't plan to cook anyway. All the kitchen appliances are brand new, but the dishwasher wasn't working. I let the owner know and he said he would need to contact the manufacturer. Some of the beds only had flat sheets instead of fitted sheets. My kids got in the pool once, it was cold but it was only March. Everything looked exactly as it did on the listing. The house was perfect for us and we would definitely stay again as I feel like the ammenities will improve with time. The owner, or someone, lives on site which was unexpected, but it was never an issue for us. This is a great place and would easily accommodate 8 people!onVRBO
