The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
- This home has a covered boat dock with lift and one jet ski ramp available for guest use. Smaller Inboard/Outboard Boats Under 21' and Max Weight is 3,500 Pounds - Ballasts must be emptied prior to putting boat on lift. Pontoon boats will not fit on the lift. No boat/jet ski tie offs allowed on docks.
• Driveway parking available for 4 vehicles. Street and grass parking strictly prohibited.
• This home is equipped with three (3) external security cameras. The first is located at the entryway, actively monitoring the street and carport. The second is located at the owner boat lift, actively monitoring the boat. The third is located at and actively monitoring the guest boat lift.
• You will be 15 minutes from hiking at Inks Lake State Park and Longhorn Cavern.
