The well-equipped kitchenette makes it easy to prepare your favorite meals (note: no oven), and in-home laundry adds convenience to your stay. Families traveling with little ones will appreciate the included highchair and Pack ân Play.

Weâve recently added beautiful curtains in the family and theater rooms to enhance privacy and create a more welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, weâve upgraded the pathway to the entrance with concrete slabs, ensuring a smoother and more convenient approach for our guests.
You'll have exclusive access to the entire lower floor. The upper floor is a separate rental, so you may occasionally hear or see other guests around the property.
The owners keep chickens in a secure coop at the back of the yard. To ensure their safety and comfort, please avoid disturbing them. As the yard is not fenced, we kindly request that all pets remain leashed at all times.
Bi-weekly yard maintenance visits may occur, and team members might enter the yard or access the detached garage and storage shed, but they will not enter your living space.
All guests and pets (staying or visiting) must be included in your booking. Unbooked guests, visitors, pets, or parties are not permitted. While we are pet-friendly, please note cats are strictly prohibited, and any violation will result in a $500 fee per cat. If youâre bringing a pet, request our pet etiquette details before booking to understand expectations.
A pack-and-play and high chair are available upon request.
Please refrain from using the property address for mail, as we cannot access the mailbox. For deliveries, ensure door drop-off or depot pick-up arrangements.
Our cancellation policy is as posted. For added protection, we recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen changes.
For stays of 30 nights or more, we offer a complimentary mid-stay cleaning every 30 days to maintain a comfortable environment.
We cannot be responsible for personal belongings left behind. Please check thoroughly before departure.
