Get settled and comfortable into this beautiful 2 storey home in a quiet mature neighborhood located in the west of edmonton. Wake up to the sound of birds chirping where you feel like you are one with nature, while never too far away from city living. Backing on woody ravine and walking path.
It is 10 mins away from West Edmonton Mall, and has an easy access to Anthony Henday as well as the Yellowhead trail which both highways affords an easy commute anywhere in the city.
- This home features about 2500 sq ft between main floor and upper floor, good sized windows letting in loads of natural light.
- Open concept kitchen and living room. Kitchen is stylish with lots of cup boards and counters. Fully equipped with all dishes and cutlery and holds all the necessary amenities to cook your favorite meal. Has a spacious Dining room area with door to the deck with a BBQ grill.
- Living room features a large smart tv with sound system, feel free to connect all your streaming accounts and enjoy your favorite show/movie.
- Huge master bedroom in the second floor with queen size bed and walk-in closet, ensuit full bathroom with jacuzzi, custom shower and lounge with beautiful fireplace.
- Another 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and walk-in closets
- A family bonus room in a common area in second floor with a large tv.
- 3 bathrooms, 1 on each floor. + ensuit full bathroom with jacuzzi. With provided shampoo/ conditioner/body wash.
- Laundry room is here for all your laundry needs with washer/dryer/iron and ironing board.
- Board games are available for some entertainment.
