Our property has keyless entry so should you arrive later in the day, you have total flexibility to access the unit without worrying/losing keys during your stay!

Getting around
The neighborhood of Calder in Edmonton, Alberta is well-connected and offers a variety of options for getting around. Public transportation is readily available, with several bus routes running through the area and providing easy access to the rest of the city.

The Calder LRT Station is also located nearby, providing quick and convenient access to the city's Light Rail Transit system. For those who prefer to drive, the neighborhood is served by several major roadways, including Yellowhead Trail, Wayne Gretzky Drive, and 97 Street, making it easy to navigate to other parts of the city. Additionally, bike lanes and paths can be found throughout the neighborhood, making it a great option for cyclists. Overall, the neighborhood's location and transportation options make it easy to get around and explore all that Edmonton has to offer.

The refundable security deposit is simply a pre-authorization on the payment method on file and will be refunded after check-out (granted that there is no missing items, damages etc. to our home after your stay). We also require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us prior to your stay.

We have exterior cameras on both the front and back of the house.
There is keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you after you book with us.

Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.

Bowling trip
This property was very clean and appropriate for our conditions as we were attending two different functions in Edmonton so it was in between Saint Albert and Bonnie Doone, also very accommodating as we had some family in area that was able to visit and enjoy company together in evenings

- We offer both a pack & play and high chair for guests to use during their stay!
- Our home features a LARGE Parking area with a secure 2-car attached garage plus additional parking for 6 vehicles, perfect for large families!
- Professionally cleaned and sanitized between each and every guest. We OBSESS over cleanliness and ensure all surfaces have been thoroughly washed and sanitized with disinfectant wipes and all linens and towels are bleached.
- Our home offers 4 bedrooms complete with a king bed in the main bedroom, 2 queen beds upstairs and a full sized bed & Fold down couch in the downstairs of the home.
-Our home has 2 full bathrooms in the upstairs, a half bath on the main level, and a half bath in the basement of the home.
- All equipped with plush fresh sheets and linens.
- Only a 15 minute drive to Edmonton's downtown core. Very accessible bus routes!
- Beautifully decorated space designed by a local Edmonton Designer with brand new Bali-styled furnishings and bright beautiful ambiance.
- Easy self-check in via. secure door keypad.
- Lightening fast WiFi and two large 50" SMART TVs which feature complimentary Netflix.
