Being avid travelers ourselves, we love the experience short term rentals have provided being able to experience life as one of the locals in wherever we're going. We wanted to give the same experience to people visiting our properties and be able to provide the most incredible accommodations to all of our guests.
We obsess over every detail and have an incredible team to ensure our properties are cleaned and maintained to the highest standard prior to your visit. Our guests' book with us for a reason, and we'd love to host you for you to find out why.
Currently we are helping homeowners from across the country manage their investment properties / vacation rentals by welcoming guests into their homes through our property management business, Pique Properties. We are a hands-on short term rental management company and handle all the logistical work that goes into managing short term rentals. Showcasing these properties to look their best and bring in higher returns for our partners and investors is just a small part of what we do.

- Professionally cleaned and sanitized between each and every guest. We OBSESS over cleanliness and ensure all surfaces have been thoroughly washed and sanitized.
- Large private deck with brand new patio furniture with lots of seating room.
- Our house features 3 full bathrooms, 1 ensuite bathroom attached to the master bedroom and 1 large bathroom in the main area, 1 bathroom downstairs
- Only a 7-10 minute drive to Edmonton's world famous - West Edmonton Mall.
- Easy self-checkin via. secure door keypad.
- Secure garage parking and TONS of available street parking.
- Lightening fast WiFi on our large 55" SMART TV which features complimentary Netflix.
- Located close to The University of Alberta and UofA/Stollery Children's Hospital are only 10 min away!
-Our home is pet friendly and we only charge $30/pet/night. Please inform as you book if you are bringing pets with you.
What some of our guests do not love that much about our listing
- The home can get a bit warm in the summer months and the house does not offer air conditioning. However, we provide tall cooling towers in each bedroom for ease and comfort sleeping at night, and open windows help create a great cross breeze to cool down the suite fast!
-Our home is a Bi level multi-family property which has a basement suite which also have short term guests living in them. These spaces are completely separate with their own private entrance and no space is shared between the units.
Our house comfortably sleeps 11 guests with 4 queen size beds, a sofa bed and a large double high queen air mattress you can set up in the spacious living room
- All beds complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest.
Complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, tea and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with brand new stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.
