This place was in the perfect location! Right across the street from the beach! The place was very clean! There is another unit beside this one and you share parking. Our neighbors were not so friendly and wanted to complain about parking.

The property was smaller than pictured. It definitely wasn't the cleanest VRBO we have stayed in on a vacation. There were ants in the shower. The tv kept going in and out, too. On top of it all, they don't supply you with enough toilet paper for your stay.

This spot was very close to the beach which was great. The kitchen provided plenty of dishes for cooking. There was adequate space for our small family. However, nowhere on the listing was it said it was a duplex. We could hear/feel people moving in the other unit even when they weren't very loud and hear road noise. The lack of basic necessities for the full week we were there (specifically toilet paper) was silly. That shouldn't be a complicated thing to provide. The access to the beach was great!

The home is part of a duplex-style property, and while the listing does reference the neighboring villa for larger group bookings, we understand that may not have fully stood out when booking. Being in a great central location near the beach can also come with a bit of nearby road activity at times. Regarding supplies, we provide a starter set of essentials to help guests get settled in, though we understand longer stays may require additional items along the way. The location is perfect for beach access, as well as, being close to all the beach vibes. The condo is a good size, but it is more of a 4 person max capacity. Everything was fine with the condo except the bed sheets are terrible. This may not be something AMI can easily fix, but the sheets were extremely scratchy and over-washed. Both bedrooms get warm at night, but a rather cheap tip would be to replace the ceiling fans with wider fan blade units. The common areas stay very cool.The covered area below the condo was very nice and welcomed. We had a few times where we enjoyed this area due to inclement weather outside. Even during hot days...it was a very nice area to entertain and still be outside.This will be a place we will recommend, or use again ourselves. Bring your own bedsheets, unless AMI fixes it.

The property was in a good location. The only thing not good was that we could not lower the thermostat to under 72 at night. We prefer a cooler temperature to sleep.

The physical location was great & very convenient. However, the electronic code provided to enter property didn’t work upon our arrival. But, AMI Locals was very responsive in get’n us a code to the manual lockbox to get a key. The only Toilet wouldn’t flush properly upon our arrival, it was obvious someone had recently used the plunger. AMi Locals again was very responsive & sent a maintenance worker by to fix the issue. Smoke detector in guest room kept chirping & needed a battery. AMI Locals tech came back out to fix that issue. So aside from waiting around for repair techs for a day & 1/2, our stay was enjoyable. But I Would strongly recommend mattress upgrades for all 3 beds.
