Enjoyed our stay except the heavy traffic in the area and a little further to beach than expected. No issues with the property. Very nice, clean and spacious townhome. Would definitely stay again if not for the location.

The pool is a little small but I knew that already before booking. The house looks exactly like the photos! We received great communication and customer service from the rental company. We had a wonderful stay here.

This property was a dream for our family. Three kids ages 10-15. Plenty of room, quiet neighborhood and literally a straight shot to the beach. Beach is walkable if you aren't bringing a ton of stuff for the day. Nearby to everything you need including shopping, restaurants grocery chains etc etc. Rental agency was a dream, Hunter was very responsive. The ONLY disappointment was the pool on property, it could use some astetic maintenance and the location is the front of the neighborhood near the busy main street but we traveled for the beach so it didn't bother us much. VERY happy renters would recommend to anyone looking for great space and location.

Almost...

This rental was not what we expected. It was very clean but super disjointed in the layout. Bedrooms on three levels meant one kid two floors away from the master...it wasn't super cozy/didn't lend itself to lounging. The biggest issue was the pool - we selected this place understanding the pool wasn't private but not how small it is for the number of people who use it. Not only is it NOT near the unit but it is endlessly mobbed with people to the point that we couldn't use it. The trail was the coolest part - would've been nice to include the bikes in the garage as part of the stay.

Dear Kimberly, I'm sorry to hear that the layout of the Turnstone unit wasn't to your liking. All the units in that area share a similar design, with many townhouses structured to separate bedrooms from the main living spaces. This design allows for more privacy and separation, with common layouts featuring the kitchen and living room on one floor, and bedrooms on the first and third floors, and some even including a fourth-floor master bedroom. I also apologize that the pool was crowded during your stay. This is the first time I've received feedback about the pool being overly crowded. For future visits, you might consider renting in a community with multiple pools, as that could offer a more relaxed experience. Regarding bikes, most owners do not provide them due to liability concerns. Despite these issues, I hope you were still able to enjoy your vacation here. Sincerely, Kim

Fantastic unit with plenty of space, very clean, well stocked kitchen, and great location for biking on the trails and to the beach! Was perfect for our 3 night getaway for 3 couples.
