âThe Backyard
Watch a sunset every night from the privacy of your fenced-in yard. Whether taking a dip in the pool or chatting with friends on the patio, you`re guaranteed a lovely time. If you enjoy BBQs & outdoor meals, the dining space is concealed in the shade with an outdoor fan to keep things `breezy.`
â Living Room
The large sectional couch ensures that no one sits on the floor in this living room. Open the sliding door and enjoy the evening Arizona breeze or turn on the gas fireplace and soak up the warmth. Whatever you decide, the Smart TV is ready for your streaming needs.
â Kitchen
The kitchen is fully stocked with all of your cooking needs. Appliances include a stainless steel stove, oven, and fridge. The kitchen has a nice view of the backyard patio and pool.
â The Master Bedroom W/ En-suite
The bright master bedroom features a cozy King-sized bed with two comfy chairs. The walk-in closet has a full-length mirror and hangers for clothes storage. Stay up late to binge-watch your favorite shows on the Smart TV from the comfort of your bed. Open the sliding door and walk into the private master bathroom equipped with a shower and a single vanity.
â Guest Room
Both guest rooms feature Queen Beds. Each bedroom has a smart TV, pillows, blankets, a closet, and a dresser for clothes storage. The second guest room has a sliding door leading to the back patio. There is more than enough space to comfortably sleep an entire family or friend group.
â Bathrooms
Both bathrooms have showers, fluffy towels, Soap, Conditioner, Shampoo, and Body Wash.
â Laundry Room
A washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board are available during your stay.
â Driveway
Park two cars in the driveway. There is NO garage access.
Check-in time is at 4pm and Check-out time is 11am.
We kindly ask that you try to meet these as best as possible so our Cleaning Team has adequate time for our next reservation.
If whenever possible, we will try to accommodate any scheduling requests we can.

The residential neighborhood is safe and quiet, only minutes from Chapparal park. The 100-acre park has a lake, walking trails, soccer fields, basketball courts, and a dog park! The neighborhood is 5 minutes to N Scottsdale Rd, a main street filled with fine dining or fast food takeout. There are many options that fit any dining needs.
Uber and Lyft pick up and drop off directly in front of the home. The home has 2 driveway spots for parking.
†IMPORTANT: Bookings longer than 30 days, starting from the date of check-in, require a scheduled cleaning every 30 days. This mid-stay service helps keep the home in great condition for your comfort during extended stays. The cleaning will be arranged in advance, and the additional cleaning fee will be charged to you. If you have preferred dates or timing, feel free to reach out so we can coordinate.
†The property is equipped with both heating and air conditioning; however, we cannot guarantee that you will achieve a comfortable temperature if your preference falls outside the range of approximately 70 to 80 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, we cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs.
âCheck-in time is 4 pm, and Check-out time is 11 am.
âWe kindly ask that you try to meet these as best as possible, so our Cleaning Team has adequate time for our next reservation.
âIf possible, we will try to accommodate any scheduling requests.
âThe pool does not have a child safety gate. Do not leave children unattended in the pool or pool area.
†Please keep in mind that the guests donât have access to the USPS mailbox or any mailboxes, and Iâm not responsible for any packages delivered to the unit.

1. Please contact me through the platform if you have any questions.
2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in the property, including the balcony. ($400 fine for smoke odour removal)
3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 10 pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.
4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third-party bookings are not allowed.
5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary, so I can effectively prepare for the next guests.
6. Please note that check-out time is by 11 am and keys must be placed as instructed. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last-minute changes may result in $25 charge per each additional half hour stayed.
7. All bookings require the ID of the individual booking and the disclosure of the full names of all guests.
8. Lost keys/fob is a $300 fee to reimburse time, parts, labor, and administration involved.
9. Pool Vacuum Rule: The pool vacuum must remain in the pool at all times. Removing it may cause damage to the pool hardware, and a fee may be charged for any resulting issues.
10. Any extension requests made within 24 hours of your scheduled checkout time will incur a $50 fee.
11. For stays over 30 days, a mandatory cleaning will be carried out every 30 days. Guests are responsible for the added cleaning fee, which will need to be charged separately from the initial reservation payment. This helps ensure the home remains well-maintained throughout longer stays.
