This place was fantastic and the hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. We stayed with a group of 14, and it was plenty of space, the pool was amazing, and the yard was so fun. Great location close to downtown as well, could not have been a better fit!

Awesome place!

Great place to stay, the house was awesome for me and a large group of 15 friends. Plenty of space to hang out and sleep, clean, stocked and fun backyard area.

Bachelor Party

Amazing experience staying at this location for my friends and I. The check in process was super easy and everything we could have needed and more was there for us. We really liked hanging out in the pool & cabana too. Beds were very comfortable. Close location to DT Austin too.

Great stay overall with plenty of rooms for sleeping

Backyard was a great size and there were plenty of beds available for a larger group. Interior looked recently renovated and was very clean on arrival. A bit of a hike to downtown, 15-20 minutes, but a great option for those who want more space.

House was great in a nice neighborhood! Rose, the host, was extremely accommodating and responsive. Would highly recommend staying at both this property and with any property hosted by Rose!

Wonderful Stay!

The house was beautiful and exactly as described in the listing. The home was clean and well stocked. It was the perfect location and size for our disc golf team coming in for a tournament. Would definitely recommend this place and stay here in the future if we get a chance!

Great place for family getaway

The home was very clean and looked just as pictured online. This had to be the most well stocked rental I have ever stayed in. The host was very responsive and friendly. I hope to stay here again in the future!

Amazing Place to Stay!

We had an amazing stay here! A group of 15 guys fit very comfortably in the house and there were plenty enough places to sleep in. The amenities outside were amazing, especially the outdoor bar and pool. Would absolutely recommend and look to re-book if ever in the area again.

Poker Paradise

The property was clean and had everything you needed for a big group. Plenty of space and beds. Phenomenal outside area with cabana, tv, and pool. Would recommend to any large group visiting Austin area.

Great place for a team meeting.

We had plenty of space. The property was well stocked with the comforts of home and lent it self to a productive stay. We enjoyed the outdoor space especially the bar/cabaña area as well as poker room.

Highly Recommend

This property was easily the best stay and overall experience I have had in a rental. The large space accommodated our group of 15 with no issues and the entire space was impressively clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The owners are kind and helpful / responsive, and have clearly put thought and effort into making the property welcoming. Also great location to get in and out of town without a problem via ride share.

Great place!

Had such a great time at this house. House fit 13 people very easily and offered plenty of room for us to spread out. The outdoor area was excellent to hang out and enjoy the weather. Location was close to downtown and able to get Ubers to and from easily. Would highly recommend this house for any occasion.

Great stay, even better hosts!

FIVE STAR STAY! We came to Austin from out of state with a group of friends. From the moment of booking to the moment we checked out everything was amazing! Chris/Rose were always so responsive leading up to our stay and made our check in and check our process so easy and flexible! The house itself is in a perfect location from the airport and downtown. We were easily able to get Ubers to downtown. The decor was beautiful and the house so clean. The backyard is a little oasis and pool was so refreshing in the Texas sun. Would definitely stay again!

Goofer reunion with lifelong friends

A get together with our lifelong friends in a perfect home for our occasion. The home was beautiful, comfortable with a pool, cabana, great kitchen and more amenities to mention. The owner was so nice and responsive. The home came with snacks ,coffee and so many items. I would strongly advise food shopping after seeing what the owner provided. There were two washers and dryers, two refrigerators and more than enough towels, etc. Absolutely the best short term rental our group has ever used, and that includes more tha ten. Highly recommend and graciously thank the owner.

This place is amazing and offers great amenities! Had my bachelor here with friends and family and was the best place I’ve ever stayed at 😊 close to brewery’s and downtown 🙂 The host great and wouldn’t mind coming back here in the future! 10/10 <3
