Great location, easy setup for our dog to run around out back or at the park across the street. Close enough to walk to restaurants in town. See you next time in Montrose!
This house was so cute and full of amenities that made our stay great! Glen was so helpful and was aways available if we needed anything. I would definitely recommend this cute place!
Absolutely adorable cottage in really nice part of downtown. Across street from beautiful and huge park. House very clean with all amenities available. Very private fenced back yard with fire pit and benches under the stars 10/10. Glenn the host super fast in responding!
Glenn was amazing at communicating from the time we booked until our departure. The house was very clean and the decor was perfect for the space. The air conditioning does not reach the master bedroom well and it tends to run warm. The yard could use a complete make over. It is a great location and we did enjoy our stay.
Very cute and extremely clean house stocked well and within walking distance to several good restaurants. Host was easy to work with and very helpful. Would definitely recommend for a stay in Montrose.
The property has absolutely no grass. Weeds only front and back. Nothing like the picture.Other than that it was pretty nice. I would suggest more attention to the yard than all the doodads in the house.
This place is adorable. So thoughtfully decorated and it really has everything you need. Itâs smaller but still has multiple areas you can work from and the kitchen was great. Area is convenient to downtown too.
We were delighted from the moment we opened the front door. The house was spotlessly clean. The arrangement of the two bedrooms with the bathroom in between meant there was bathroom parity. The TV-entertainment center downstairs allowed one of us to be up early or late without disturbing the other. We were lucky to spend two nights in this wonderful house and recommend it to all.
Overall the house was very clean and well taken care of. The was only 1.15 hours from Telluride about 45 minutes from Ouray with lots to do in Montrose itself. Our only compaints were the overgrown weeds in the back yards and the malfuction with the front lock. Thankfully the host was thoughtful and has an extra key for the side door if necessary.
This is such a great property. Itâs well decorated and comfy. Our dog lost her mind over the park right across the street. Thereâs food nearby and great coffee within walking distance. Stay here! You wonât regret it.
My family came to town with our dog, it had a nice fenced yard and was directly across from a park. The location was convenient and the property manager was very communicative. This was perfect for our short time in town.
We were traveling with pets. The house has a fenced in backyard which is great. It also has a lovely outdoor fire pit- super cool. The furnishings and decorations are lovely. Lots of great little pots with cacti. Everything was spotless and very well appointed. The host was super great to communicate with. We were just there one night, but loved the stay. And there is a park right across the street.
