Come see why this 10th Floor Phoenix Orange Beach condo is the best for your family!



Our condo is perfectly situated on the 10th floor directly overlooking the Lazy River at Phoenix Orange Beach with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! We have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom. With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 55" HDTV in the master, and a 50" Smart TV in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master and two Queen beds in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms along with a sofa sleeper in the living room for sleeping up to 12.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, heated in-door swimming pool, two large Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court on the 10th floor.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Come and enjoy all that this new Phoenix has to offer, please email to book a vacation to remember.



Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $65 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

The place was exactly what we needed for a last minute trip to the beach; there was plenty of room for our group of 11. Minor cleaning issues, the dryer takes several cycles to dry, and the pans could be replaced, but nothing that affected our stay. We played, made memories, and laughed ALOT! The lazy river, slideOverall, we would stay again!

I booked this condo for a girls week with my daughters and granddaughters. The condo is centrally located, close to everything we wanted to do. The facility was clean and well organized, spacious enough to have our own “quiet time” as well as “game time”. If I’m ever in the area again, I will book it again! Very happy with our reservation!

I would replace the chairs in the living room because they could be a potential hazard. Also, we had a 21 month old and the toys were easily accessible to him with small pieces. If it weren't for his little hands, we wouldn't have had any problems. Also, maintenance handled a toilet handle problem very promptly. We loved the location and space.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed a week with 7 kids and 4 adults. The condo itself was clean and spacious. Plenty of room for two families. One of the showers didnt drain well but was no problem as we just used the other two showers. We had no communication with the owners/rental company, other than the check in email which was fine. We were given contact information if we needed it. The elevators are very busy mid morning and afternoon. Plan on waiting. The kitchen had all the things we needed for the week as far as cooking. The view was beautiful, the beach was very crowded! The one complaint I have (nothing to do with our condo or the renters) but the security at the pool was AWFUL. We had a lot of kids and kids will be kids.. but this man was non stop even with adults... at one point he was sitting in a chair down at the pool pointing his phone up to our balcony.. it was very uncomfortable. We did speak to a manager regarding the incident but as a mom of two teenagers it made for a very tense uncomfortable week. We probably won’t be back for that reason alone. BUT the condo itself was great, we have no complaints there!

The layout made it easy for everyone to have their own space while still enjoying time together. The location was ideal, just steps from the beach, and everything was exactly as described. The inside space was amazing for a family… and right on the beach. All the conveniences of home… especially in the kitchen! Just make sure to bring your own beach towels!

We had such a wonderful stay. This is our 3rd time renting at the Phoenix condos and this is the best condo we've rented. My kids LOVED the toys and books and we appreciated how clean it was. We especially appreciated that the condo was without sharp corners on the furniture and breakable decor! The building facilities are in great shape. Highly recommend. Everything about our stay went smoothly. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

It was great. The cleanliness was okay. We founded popcorn and cheerios in the living room floor when we got there. Then keep finding other item during are stay like animal crackers and balloons in the bedrooms. Empty beers cans under the beds. Other than that it was great and nice stay.

Loved the condo! It was stocked with all our basic needs and more. Beautiful view. Easy access. Any questions I had, they were quick to get back to me.I rated cleanliness a 4. I am pretty picky when it comes to cleanliness. The furniture could use a steam cleaning. There were noticeable stains. Nothing terrible.

This condo was super nice! It was awesome to walk down to the pool and beach! It made it super nice for our families with small children. It was great to have a bathroom for each bedroom. Good kitchen for staying in and cooking meals. Thanks to the owner or previous tenants for the basic spices, foil and saran wrap! That was super!Also, Thanks to owner or previous tenants who left the boogie boards! Suggestions for the kitchen: Need couple more cookie sheets, pizza pan, pizza cutter. Suggestions for the living room: Could have used couple light throws for cool evenings.Thanks for sharing your wonderful beach condo! We would stay here again!
