La Casa Apodaca du côté est historique est la base idéale pour vos réunions de famille, fêtes de copines ou tout groupe de vieux amis se réunissant. Cette maison offre une vue magnifique et est située à quelques pâtés de maisons du célèbre quartier des arts et de l'artisanat de Canyon Road. Casa Apodaca offre une vue sur la chaîne de montagnes Sangre De Cristo et une grande chambre spacieuse confortable pour tous de se réunir avec sa télévision à écran plat de 65 "et la climatisation confortable. La maison possède 2800 pieds carrés d'espace de vie. Il y a une chambre principale privée avec cheminée Kiva, ventilateur de plafond et doubles portes donnant sur une cour fermée sur une aile de la maison et deux chambres king size sur l'autre aile. Un roi peut devenir deux lits jumeaux et deux canapés-lits dans le salon pour des invités supplémentaires. Deux des chambres et la grande pièce s'ouvrent sur une jolie cour qui est une conception espagnole traditionnelle de cette région. Les portes et les fenêtres laissent entrer beaucoup de lumière naturelle dans toute la maison. Les deux salles de bain sont toutes deux dans le couloir. L'une a une grande douche à l'italienne carrelée et une grande baignoire à l'ancienne. Le deuxième bain a une douche carrelée avec une baignoire à jets. Il y a une véranda spacieuse qui sert de salle de petit-déjeuner, un endroit idéal pour profiter de la vue. La cuisine a tous les appareils en acier inoxydable et les comptoirs en granit. Il y a du carrelage Saltillo dans toute la maison. La cour arrière est parfaite pour un barbecue en famille et un endroit pour profiter de la vue. Les propriétaires ont meublé avec amour la maison avec une combinaison de style contemporain et de style Santa Fe.

Nice and convenient

We were two families of four, each with our own small dog. It was spacious, comfortable, and had several great spaces for the kids and pets to play. The only small criticism is they need is to stock the kitchen with more and higher quality pots and pans and improvements to a few kitchen items, like a better coffee maker. These are minor complaints and easy to remedy. We would definitely go back to this location.

Excellent and chill location

I recently stayed at this vacation rental and had a fantastic experience. The property was impeccably clean and spacious, providing plenty of room for our group's needs. Situated in a quiet area, it provided a peaceful retreat while still being conveniently located near popular attractions and activities. Beautiful home in great location

Gorgeoous, spacious home convenient to many patks and a short 10 min drive to the square. Home has fantastic amentities and a cute backyard and walled in courtyard. We will definitely stay again.

Comfortable, great location

The property was very comfortable for our group with a really nice enclosed patio. The management company was excellent, and the house was in a very convenient area. We had a wonderful time in Santa Fe.

The perfect place in the perfect spot

I stayed at Two Casitas while in Santa Fe on business. I wish I could have spent more time just enjoying the Casita. I will definitely try to stay there the next time I am in Santa Fe on vacation.

Canyon road area

Very clean with lots of room and a nice yard with an outdoor patio. Close to downtown and Canyon Rd art galleries but without all the crowds so very relaxing. Very responsive property manager as well.

Beautiful location convenient to downtown

This is a beautiful property convenient to downtown and in a quiet location surrounding by the natural beauty of Santa Fe. The property manager was very accommodating of a last minute change and made sure our stay was comfortable and all that we expected. Will definitely book again.

Lovely Stay in Santa Fe

We enjoyed our three nights at this property. It was nicely appointed and very spacious for our party of four women. Unfortunately the weather was too chilly to enjoy the outdoor spaces. It is not walking distance to anything, so you would definitely require a car. We highly recommend this home for an enjoyable Santa Fe getaway.

So much room!

All three bedrooms were large with all having king size beds. The two bathrooms were roomy. The living area is huge with a large dining table and 2 large seating areas. There are two front yards and one large backyard. Great location that is very close to all on Canyon Road and near enough to walk to the plaza.

Santa Fe charm in a great location!

We had never been to Santa Fe before, and we really wanted to stay somewhere with character. This house was exactly what we were looking for! It is a really cute house, decorated beautifully. We were close to shops, restaurants, and art galleries. We enjoyed the house and the yard very much. The open living space was wonderful! We are a family of four and we were all very comfortable in this house. We hope to get back to Santa Fe and we would definitely rent this house again!

Beautiful property

My family (7 adults total) stayed here during Super Bowl weekend, and loved the space, the quietness of the area, and the comfort feeling in the home. The ONLY negative comment I have is communication with the property manager. I texted more than a few times, and also sent emails through VRBO about questions I had about check-in/check-out and also a concern about an appliance - but never received a response.

Beyond Expectation

From the minute I made our reservation, to the end of our trip, everything was perfect. Everything we needed was in the house when we arrived. Small touches (THANK YOU for having coffee in the refridge!) were much appreciated. Every detail had been thought of. The house is even more beautiful than the pictures. I completely recommend staying here. It is also close to everything. Thank you for making me feel so welcomed to Santa Fe!

Wonderful!

The property was everything advertised, except for the weather. It rain one day and the roof leaked. But only when it was raining. Nicely appointed. Clean. Large common space nicely accommodated all 6 of us including a 15-month old that enjoyed the open space.

Wonderful location and home

Very clean and comfortable property in a great location. We spent every morning on the front porch watching hummingbirds and the lovely August weather. The rooms and bathrooms were very comfortable with extra towels provided - rare for a VRBO. Our only complaint was the kitchen. There are minimal tools for cooking and the knives were dull (we tend to cook at least 2 of 3 meals per day in a VRBO when we stay). Plan to do a good grocery shopping prior to arriving - there won't be items remaining from past guests like aluminum foil, baggies, extra spices, etc. like typical VRBOs. There were plenty of dishwasher tabs, laundry tabs, paper towels, and toilet paper. The property is clearly run by a management company so they respond during specific hours (but are available seven days a week),

Two Casitas is the best!

This was our second stay at a two casitas property and it was perfect. The home was lovely and VERY SPACIOUS! the separation of the bedrooms offfers a lot of privacy and the sunroom off the back was the perfect work from home spot. Welcome bottle of wine and chips was great! And the check out process (lock the door and go!) is so easy. Wish all rentals were like this. There are a lot of steps! 3 sets of 3-5 steps Up and down to kitchen and bedrooms, so was a bit tricky having toddlers and could be a challenge for someone with mobility issues. We come to Santa Fe a lot to visit family and from now on will always stay at two casitas homes. Its a hotel like experience in a rental which is so lovely!
