Really loved our stay here. Super close walk to the beach. Jan was super responsive and even provided a high chair for an infant in our party. Lots of space for everyone so even though we had a large group, no one felt cramped.

10 Adults, 3 children(all under 2yrs)- three generations. We cooked all meals at the unit and after reading reviews went prepared with some additional pots and pans and dish towels, etc., plus took our favorite spices and cooking utensils. also make sure to take potholders for getting hot items out of the oven.Location to the beach was excellent, private pool (in the shade most all day)was adequate for our group and the Astroturf for the yard was great for the kids to crawl on and play.Without a doubt would stay there again !!!

Nice location and just steps to the beach. I would recommend sending pool maintenance during a long stay with a bunch of people. My only other complaint is for the size of the kitchen there aren’t a lot of dishes, Tupperware, etc. to use with a big group. Otherwise, beautiful house, very spacious and backyard was even nice to hang out in.

The house itself is absolutely gorgeous, and we truly loved the layout, deck, views, and location. It’s a beautiful property with easy access to the beach, and overall we really enjoyed our stay.The main downside was that the amenities felt a bit lacking for a home at this price point. We had to purchase several basic household and kitchen supplies during our four-night stay, and there were also a few maintenance items that could use attention, including the bikes, patio furniture, some bedroom blinds, and the pool fountains.We would still recommend the home because the property itself is wonderful, but a little more attention to the basic supplies and maintenance details would make the experience feel much more in line with such a high-end rental.

The house was exactly like the pictures. The walk to the beach was an easy 2-3 minutes with young children. The view was amazing in a quiet area. We took a walk around the block each night. The only complaint was that for the price, it would have been nice to have some more kitchen amentities and towels. There were only 2 towels in a room. We had to purchase more TP, paper towels and cleaners. It was well worth the price, just some extras would have been nice. The host were great and very quick to answer if we had questions. I would highly recommend this home.

The space was amazing! There were 15 women aged 16-80 and it was perfect for us! Loved that every bedroom had their own bathroom (take toilet paper)! The elevator was so nice to have. The hot tub was amazing! Highly recommend this place. It's not on the beach, but has an ocean view that was lovely. Easy walk to the beach. We would definitely stay there again!!

Great location and partial beach view. Walkable to beach in three minutes. Clean home, very spacious. For the price, the property owner needs to provide attention to some details: the shower door in the second shower on the third floor does not close properly which requires adjustment to the shower door. For the price of this rental, some of the kitchen cooking items need to be new and not cheap: baking pans, no cookie sheets, no potholders, very cheap toaster. Just some attention to detail is warranted. There was a skillet with a handle almost falling off. The kitchen is beautiful with a huge Thermador refrigerator and the largest quartz island with seating for six.

Nice house close to beach

Beds were comfortable and plenty of room for family to gather. Enjoyed having beach chairs and bikes. Amenities were limited and two of the beds had sheets that needed washed before they could be used. Enjoyed our stay!

The house was beautiful and accommodated 9 adults comfortably. 3 couples and 3 singles enjoyed queen size beds or larger and individual bathrooms which was a luxury. There was plenty of common space as well as private nooks and balconies to decompress and enjoy the views. The small pool in the surprisingly spacious back yard was another area that fit our group well.

Beautiful home with great floorplan! Six luxurious bedrooms each with their own bath allowed for privacy and great sleep. Kitchen and dining area open and spacious with plenty of seating for large groups. Two minute walk to Inlet Beach beach and quick bike ride to shopping and restaurants in Rosemary Beach made it an ideal location. We had a great week!

Brand new property

Other than dealing with some minor issues with electrical circuits tripping, the house is fabulous! It has something for everyone, and is a short walk to the beach. Great appliances & decor. The property management

First of all, the house was beautiful in an amazing location with easy access to the beach. We would definitely stay there again.However, for the price, there were numerous issues that detracted from our family vacation that should not have been, and the property managers were incredibly frustrating and disappointing.The previous reviews about a lack of attention to detail are 100% correct: From minimal items and quality of items in the kitchen, to shower doors not closing, to a broken pool alarm pushed into the wall, to a ripped out toilet paper holder, etc. We were 8 adults staying for 8 days. There were minimal basic kitchen items such as serving plates, serving/cooking utensils, baking dishes, pot holders, cookie sheets, a broken blender, etc. so if a group of 18 shows up, you will be woefully lacking. The Property Manager issues were their lack of communication and urgency:- The downstairs "game room" refrigerator wasn't working from the time we arrived and we notified them. The next day someone showed up to "verify it wasn't working" but nothing was done and we had to follow up each day. Finally, after demanding a solution, they delivered a cheap mini fridge we could use the last couple days (should have done this on first day).- There was a pool table but no pool sticks . They told us EVERY day new ones would arrive "tomorrow"... we never got pool sticks. There were NO grilling utentils/tools - none delivered after requested.(I have more but no space)

Great house! Definitely do towels everyday if you have a full house and water pressure on the 3rd floor isn’t great, but other than that….absolutely perfect house!
