The most amazing property in Carillon for a big family
This was the most spacious property we have ever booked in Carillon or surrounding. The living room, dining room and kitchen are all bigger than the pictures lend themselves…truly a spacious downstairs where all has room to cook, visit and chill with family and friends.
It was convenient that each occupied bedroom had its own bathroom. The private pool was also a big hit for the evenings when everyone was tired of the beach.
When the owners tell you the kitchen and garage are stocked, they mean it. From pool toys to footballs to bikes and spices and cookware, it’s all here.
This is a huge house, so be aware that some cleaning issues may not be addressed during peak times due to time constraints… it’s pretty hard to clean a place this big in 6 hours. But I feel confident that the owners do a deep clean at the end of the season. Our only issues were that the master bedroom on the second floor does not cool down like the rest of the house and there was not a working dryer in the main house, which we were notified of the day we came to stay, and was not fixed before we left. Not the worst inconvenience, but for the price of the place, we did expect everything to be in working order.
Just come on down with your swimsuits, sunscreen, and towels, because they have you covered. Park in the driveway, because there is plenty of space. Enjoy the super short walk to the beach, and the seclusion of privacy while there. Honestly, this whole neighborhood is a hidden gem.
