à propos de cet hébergement
Big Bear Lake Cabin | Hot Tub | Zoo | Dog Friendly
Summary:
Escape to the great outdoors at Big Bear Bliss! This renovated Big Bear Moonridge cabin features rustic wood finishes with vintage mountain decor, & unique bear ambiance only found from local shops. The backyard has a patio with table & chairs, a deck with a hot tub under the lights!
Our cabin is perfect for families, couples, & world travelers alike just minutes away from both ski resorts, hiking, biking, golf, the lake, and the Village! FREE Red Trolley is walkable!
The Space:
Our Big Bear home is the quintessential cabin in the woods, but close to everything Big Bear has to offer. It's a 800 sq ft cabin featuring two bedrooms, the master has a queen-size mattress and a large closet. This bedroom does not have a TV. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a queen-size mattress on the bottom and a single mattress on top. This bedroom has a TV with an Xbox and games. We also have large Jenga blocks for the kids!
We have a Roku TV in the living room. Outside under the carport there a 240-volt outlet to charge your EV - we do not supply the charging cable or adaptors. We have a battery backup pack to which our WiFi is connected. Ensuring you won't lose internet if the power were to go out. Outside there is BBQ grill and plenty of seating. The hot tub seats 4-5 people comfortably. We have extra towels for the hot tub too! There are board games, cards, chess, and games within the living room bench footrest.
We are a pet-friendly property. We do allow a pet (dog) - Please note that we do require a pet cleaning fee per dog. This fee goes towards cleaning the cabin completely of pet hair and dander. Other guests may have pet hair sensitivities and we try our best to remove all traces of pets from past guests. This fee for the 1st dog is INCLUDED in your Airbnb rate (as long as your dog(s) have been added to the reservation). Guest pets must be treated for fleas and ticks prior to arrival. Guests must pick up after pets and tightly tie the remnants in a plastic bag. Pets are not allowed on beds and furniture. The violation of any terms of this pet policy subjects the guest to additional fines or termination of the rental period. It is the guestâs responsibility to pick up deposits made in the yard by the pet. A charge of $50.00 fee will be charged if not cleaned.
Smoking is NOT allowed in or outside of the home. Smoking is not allowed outside by any open window/door. Please be sure to dispose of butts safely and properly. It's always fire season in the mountains!
Plan to bring everything you may need outside of furnishings, dishes, utensils, bath towels, linens, blankets, pillows, etc. We provide limited amounts of cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, a few trash bags, etc. We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and towels. We are unable to provide wire food for the fireplace and coffee for the coffee pot. Our home is equipped with basic kitchen utensils and appliances including an air fryer, blender, and teapot. Basic pots, pans, dishes, and silverware are provided.
This is our cabin home and we take care of it and complete necessary repairs as soon as possible. However, things like; carpet cleaning, yard work, and cosmetic repairs are commonly scheduled during the off-season, allowing more time to complete work before the next guest checks in. If there is anything we should be aware of, or if you have a safety concern please contact us immediately.
Please park in the driveway. Per city ordinance, a max of (2) vehicles can park in the driveway. No street parking is available at any time.
Hot tub: YOU SHOULD TURN THE TEMPERATURE UP ON THE HOT TUB FIRST THING UPON ARRIVAL. IT CAN TAKE SEVERAL HRS TO WARM UP - up to 12 hrs or longer at times of the year - AND LEAVE COVER ON. DO NOT SIT ON HOT TUB COVER, they break easily. Also, be mindful of the straps in the front and the lock.
Our cabin is intended for guests looking for a relaxing getaway. Parties or events of any kind are strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated. You will be charged $500 per person, per day/night for each unregistered guest. the city is very serious about noise complaints.
Please do not move furniture around â we have hardwood floors and they can be scratched very easily.
By booking the cabin, you understand that this house is in the mountains. We occasionally will have insects find their way into the house, which is beyond our control. That could include, but is not limited to spiders, ants, moths, flies, etc. We are unable to completely prevent them from getting into the house, therefore there could occasionally be some inside. Thank you and enjoy your stay!
