Escape to the great outdoors at Big Bear Bliss! This renovated Big Bear Moonridge cabin features rustic wood finishes with vintage mountain decor, & unique bear ambiance only found from local shops. The backyard has a patio with table & chairs, a deck with a hot tub under the lights! Our cabin is perfect for families, couples, & world travelers alike just minutes away from both ski resorts, hiking, biking, golf, the lake, and the Village! FREE Red Trolley is walkable! Our Big Bear home is the quintessential cabin in the woods, but close to everything Big Bear has to offer. It's a 800 sq ft cabin featuring two bedrooms, the master has a queen-size mattress and a large closet. This bedroom does not have a TV. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a queen-size mattress on the bottom and a single mattress on top. This bedroom has a TV with an Xbox and games. We also have large Jenga blocks for the kids! We have a Roku TV in the living room. Outside under the carport there a 240-volt outlet to charge your EV - we do not supply the charging cable or adaptors. We have a battery backup pack to which our WiFi is connected. Ensuring you won't lose internet if the power were to go out. Outside there is BBQ grill and plenty of seating. The hot tub seats 4-5 people comfortably. We have extra towels for the hot tub too! There are board games, cards, chess, and games within the living room bench footrest. We are a pet-friendly property. We do allow a pet (dog) - Please note that we do require a pet cleaning fee per dog. This fee goes towards cleaning the cabin completely of pet hair and dander. Other guests may have pet hair sensitivities and we try our best to remove all traces of pets from past guests. This fee for the 1st dog is INCLUDED in your Airbnb rate (as long as your dog(s) have been added to the reservation). Guest pets must be treated for fleas and ticks prior to arrival. Guests must pick up after pets and tightly tie the remnants in a plastic bag. Pets are not allowed on beds and furniture. The violation of any terms of this pet policy subjects the guest to additional fines or termination of the rental period. It is the guest’s responsibility to pick up deposits made in the yard by the pet. A charge of $50.00 fee will be charged if not cleaned. Smoking is NOT allowed in or outside of the home. Smoking is not allowed outside by any open window/door. Please be sure to dispose of butts safely and properly. It's always fire season in the mountains! Plan to bring everything you may need outside of furnishings, dishes, utensils, bath towels, linens, blankets, pillows, etc. We provide limited amounts of cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, a few trash bags, etc. We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and towels. We are unable to provide wire food for the fireplace and coffee for the coffee pot. Our home is equipped with basic kitchen utensils and appliances including an air fryer, blender, and teapot. Basic pots, pans, dishes, and silverware are provided. This is our cabin home and we take care of it and complete necessary repairs as soon as possible. However, things like; carpet cleaning, yard work, and cosmetic repairs are commonly scheduled during the off-season, allowing more time to complete work before the next guest checks in. If there is anything we should be aware of, or if you have a safety concern please contact us immediately. Please park in the driveway. Per city ordinance, a max of (2) vehicles can park in the driveway. No street parking is available at any time. Hot tub: YOU SHOULD TURN THE TEMPERATURE UP ON THE HOT TUB FIRST THING UPON ARRIVAL. IT CAN TAKE SEVERAL HRS TO WARM UP - up to 12 hrs or longer at times of the year - AND LEAVE COVER ON. DO NOT SIT ON HOT TUB COVER, they break easily. Also, be mindful of the straps in the front and the lock. Our cabin is intended for guests looking for a relaxing getaway. Parties or events of any kind are strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated. You will be charged $500 per person, per day/night for each unregistered guest. the city is very serious about noise complaints. Please do not move furniture around – we have hardwood floors and they can be scratched very easily. By booking the cabin, you understand that this house is in the mountains. We occasionally will have insects find their way into the house, which is beyond our control. That could include, but is not limited to spiders, ants, moths, flies, etc. We are unable to completely prevent them from getting into the house, therefore there could occasionally be some inside. Thank you and enjoy your stay! The entire cabin is yours! The cabin is all yours! Our cabin is perfect for families, couples, and world travelers alike just minutes away from both ski resorts, hiking, biking, golf, the lake, and the Village! It’s exactly .25 mile away from Big Bear Mountain, walking distance to the Alpine Zoo, the golf course, and the Trolley stop is .8 miles away which can take you to the Village or any other local destination. Big Bear Mountain is less than .25 mile away. The Alpine Zoo and the golf course are right down the street. The Red Trolley stop is 3/4 mile away and this Trolley can take you all over Big Bear Lake! Check out the city website at bigbearcom CITY OF Big Bear Lake: Per the city of Big Bear Lake, exceeding the occupancy limit or partying can result in a $500 fine and eviction. Per the city of Big Bear Lake, noise heard beyond the property line at any point during your stay can result in a $500 fine. Violation of local restrictions will result in eviction without refund. City Occupancy Limits: This property is licensed to accommodate a maximum number of 4 people, for any given time during your stay. Please do not exceed the designated amount of people. This is set by the city and is non-negotiable; renters found to be in violation of these clearly posted allowances will be subject to immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental fees, charges, and deposits by the city. If you exceed the occupancy allowed, too many cars are parked, or receive complaints regarding noise level; you will be allowed one opportunity to correct these problems. If these issues are not rectified immediately, you will be evicted from the cabin and there will be no refund. If we receive a noise complaint, too many people or cars, we will have to send out a representative to the cabin and you WILL BE CHARGED A $100 FEE. Good Neighbor Policy: Per the city of Big Bear Lake, a good neighbor policy must be signed. We require you to sign the form within 24hrs of booking. You agree to abide by all rules and regulations set forth by local ordinances, which include a "Good Neighbor Policy" with the following language - Do not exceed the occupancy limit - Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ARE ALLOWED. - No parking in the street or yard. - Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign. - No amplified music 24/7 or past quiet hrs. - Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7 or past quite hrs. Close the windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line. - Head inside at 10pm - Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10pm - 7am - Take your furry friend inside with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! - Take trash to dumpster location: 41970 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd. Any trash left behind will be cause for a $25 per bag fee. - Fines: The minimum fine for violating the rules stated above is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1,000 per violation. - Eviction: Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned. You are advised to keep in mind that vacation rental properties are located in quiet, private neighborhoods. Please respect our neighbors. Guests will not be given any refunds for issues related to noise ordinance violations. Quiet hrs are strictly enforced. Upon any infraction of rules, the owner may, at its sole option, terminate all agreements with you, including termination of occupancy immediately. In this event, you will forfeit all monies, including the security deposit. If any damages are found at the home upon your arrival they must be reported immediately. If you fail to do so you will be responsible for the cost of the damage. All items/belongings in house MUST BE LEFT IN SAME CONDITION AS UPON GUESTS ARRIVAL TO RENTAL HOME. An inventory list of each rental home is checked prior to each guest's arrival to ensure the condition of all belongings. After each guest's departure, the same list is reviewed to check for any missing or damaged items. Any missing or damaged items will be replaced at a reasonable value for the item at a charge to the credit card holder named on this contract. Fire Restrictions in Big Bear Valley: Big Bear and Big Bear Lake visitors are reminded to exercise caution when visiting the National Forest and maintain a higher level of awareness of the increased fire risk. Travelers through the forest should remain on designated roads and never park on dry brush or grass. Outdoor wood, charcoal, or campfires of any kind are not permitted. You may find a propane fire pit at the home. However, this is for homeowner use ONLY. Fireworks are always prohibited in the San Bernardino National Forest. The US Forest Service will be aggressively citing those who do not comply with the posted restrictions. Violation of these prohibitions is subject to punishment by a fine of not more than $10,000 or imprisonment for not more than six months or both, as Class B misdemeanors under federal law. Persons may also be responsible for resource damage, suppression costs, and any injuries that occur if they are found liable for causing a wildfire. Liability and Obligation to Follow Rules: By agreeing below, you understand that the homeowner and their agent are only responsible for reservations, house cleaning, check-in, and check-out. By agreeing to the Terms & Conditions below, you waive, discharge, and agree to hold harmless the real property owner from all damages or injuries arising from or related to your stay at the managed property, including but not limited to, any accidents or injury to yourself, your guests and associates, and loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. You are responsible for keeping your valuables safe at all times. Guests agree to follow any and all House Rules provided to them by the Property Manager, as well as any and all rules of the Homeowners Association where the property is located, and any and all City or county ordinances in the area where the property is located. The guest will be held responsible for violation of any of these rules and hereby agrees to strictly abide by any and all rules thereof. The guest acknowledges that there may be periodic patrols and security monitoring to ensure that rules are followed. ALL GUESTS hereby acknowledge and agree to follow all house rules, neighborhood rules, and city laws and ordinances. Any violation of the Guest House Rules/Code of Conduct by anyone in your party will result in the immediate ejection of everyone, without refund of rent, security deposit, and the addition of possible city-imposed fines.
