Welcome to our charming character home, the perfect retreat for your stay in Edmonton!

Conveniently located just 10–15 minutes from Downtown Edmonton, this recently renovated 2-bedroom home blends modern comfort with historic charm and comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests.

The spacious fully fenced backyard features a BBQ and picnic table, making it the perfect place to relax after a day exploring the city. We also welcome up to 2 small or medium-sized dogs.

Inside you'll find a bright and comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and two inviting bedrooms with queen beds.

The master bedroom includes a window-mounted air conditioner for added comfort during warmer months, and portable fans are provided throughout the home.

Located only minutes from Yellowhead Trail, you'll enjoy quick access to downtown, Rogers Place, the Expo Centre, Kingsway Mall and many other Edmonton attractions.

A vehicle is usually recommended for time spent in Edmonton.
Parking is available for free at this home. You may park for free along the street in front of the home. Street parking is on a first come first serve basis and we encourage our guests to diligently follow all traffic signs to avoid being ticketed.

This home does not have central AC, the AC unit is in one bedroom, the rest of the home can be kept comfortable using our provided selection of portable fans.

The basement is not occupied but not accessible for guests during the stay.

All guests and pets (staying or visiting) must be included in your booking. Unbooked guests, visitors, pets, or parties are not permitted. While we are pet-friendly, please note cats are strictly prohibited, and any violation will result in a $500 fee per cat. If you’re bringing a pet, request our pet etiquette details before booking to understand expectations.

Please note that while the yard is fully fenced, the gate is currently not closing properly. Due to seasonal limitations, a full repair cannot be completed until spring. We appreciate your understanding and recommend keeping this in mind during your stay.

A pack-and-play and high chair are available upon request.

Please refrain from using the property address for mail, as we cannot access the mailbox. For deliveries, ensure door drop-off or depot pick-up arrangements.

Our cancellation policy is as posted. For added protection, we recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen changes.

For stays of 30 nights or more, we offer a complimentary mid-stay cleaning every 28 days to maintain a comfortable environment.

We cannot be responsible for personal belongings left behind. Please check thoroughly before departure.

To provide a safe and secure stay, all reservations require completion of a short pre-arrival verification before check-in. This secure process includes ID verification, a matching selfie, a refundable security deposit pre-authorization, and acceptance of our Rental Terms & Conditions. *Security deposit is not applicable to bookings covered by Air Cover.

Check-in instructions will be provided once this process has been completed.
