Guest access
You'll have exclusive access to the entire home and all amenities—nothing is shared. Whether you're soaking in the private hot tub, relaxing around the covered patio or grilling dinner on the propane BBQ, the entire space is yours to enjoy.

Inside, stream Netflix on the Smart TV, cook in the fully stocked chef’s kitchen, or unwind in one of five spacious bedrooms. You're free to spread out, relax, and reconnect—just like your own private Jungle Oasis Retreat.

Located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, you're also just minutes from Meadows Community Recreation Centre, major shopping areas, and a quick drive or Uber from downtown, Rogers Place, and all the best restaurants, concerts, and Oilers games Edmonton has to offer.

Our homes are fully stocked with the essentials you’ll need for a comfortable stay. Supplies are set up to last approximately 7 days. For extended stays beyond this, guests will need to purchase and maintain any additional items they require.

The hot tub is currently not operational and is undergoing repair. We appreciate your understanding while we work to have it restored as soon as possible.

- The patio has been winterized for the winter season and is currently unavailable until the spring season.

✩ Additional Guest Fees ✩
A $15/night fee applies for each guest beyond 4. This helps cover extra supplies, cleaning, and general wear. If you’re booking for more than 4 guests, the fee is already reflected in the nightly rate—no extra charges will be added after booking.

All additional fees are subject to GST and Alberta Tourism Levy taxes for 9% total.

Pre-Arrival Requirements (After Booking)
To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require all guests to complete the following steps before receiving check-in instructions:

1) Sign our short-term rental agreement
Outlines house rules and stay terms to ensure a high-quality experience for all. Signed digitally after booking.

2) Complete ID verification
A quick and secure identity check to protect our guest community and home.

3) Select your damage protection option
Choose one of the following:
– $50 CAD non-refundable damage waiver, covering up to $700 CAD in accidental damage
– $700 CAD refundable security deposit, pre-authorized 2 days before check-in and released 5 days after checkout (a 2% processing fee applies, resulting in a $686 CAD refund)

Hot Tub Rules:
To keep the spa experience clean, safe, and relaxing for all guests—and to remain respectful of our neighbours—please follow these important rules:

Hours of Use: 7:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. ONLY.
-Use of the hot tub outside these hours is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund. This is in accordance with the City of Edmonton’s noise bylaw (quiet hours: 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.) and will be strictly enforced. There are no exceptions.

-Hot tub use is for registered guests only—no outside visitors permitted.

-Shower before use to help reduce oils, lotions, and deodorants in the water.

-Limit use to 45 minutes per session to maintain safe water quality.

-Only potty-trained children are permitted in the hot tub.

-No glassware, food, or drinks in or near the hot tub at any time.

-Swimwear only—no regular clothing allowed in the water.

-Do not tamper with chlorine dispensers, water chemistry equipment, or pool monitors.

-Replace the hot tub cover securely after each use to retain heat and ensure safety.

If glass, food debris, or other contaminants are found in or around the hot tub, a full drain and sanitation fee of up to $700 will be charged against the security deposit.

The property has keyless entry; your code will be sent after booking is confirmed.

Exterior security cameras are located at the front and back of the home for safety and security.

This is our personal home—please treat it with the same care and respect you would your own.

While we’ll respond promptly to any issues, we do not live on-site 24/7.

Booking Policies:
Profiles with less than a 4-star rating will not be allowed to use instant booking and may be cancelled.

New profiles without reviews will be manually reviewed and may be asked for additional information before being approved.

The house location was great & allowed us quick access to our favourite spots. Parking choices were good. The beds, linens & appliances were great. We did not get to use the hot tub as often as we would have liked, but it was very much appreciated. The host was very accommodating and responded quickly to our inquiries.Due to my accessibility restrictions, I had to crawl upstairs using my hands & knees to access the Masters suite. The carpet felt very dirty to touch.The blue sofa-bed/couch located in the living room had no support & was so uncomfortable that i had back pain after sitting there for a short period.
