This condo is ideal for a couple, or a couple with kids.

Please no animals of any kind in the home. Please keep our son safe. He has asthma.

Park in your assigned carport, take the elevator up most of the way to your top floor condo and let your vacation begin. Enjoy the view from the deck, snuggle up by the gas burning fireplace or explore the path by the lake in your frontyard. Quiet and relaxing location with on site pool, hot tub and sauna. Walk to the Amphitheater for an under the blue Colorado sky concert or take your kids to the playground just outside with the best views. Relax, you are on the lake time!

You will feel right at home with a well organized kitchen. There is a dining table for 4 and seats right at the bar as well. Living room with comfortable seating, including a sleeper sofa, for a movie or your favorite live TV show. The separate bedroom has a comfy king sized bed and a closet for your belongings. There is a balcony door instead of a window to enjoy the views. You can walk to the deck from the bedroom as well. The bathroom is accessible both from the living room and the bedroom. There is a sink on each side, and shower/tub combo with toiletries in the middle.

Please no animals of any kind in the home. This is an exception to keep our son safe. He has asthma.

Living Room. Nice living room with a wall-mounted tv with live channels and a cozy gas fireplace. From here, you can access a private deck that oversees the lake and mountains. There is a table with four outdoor chairs to sit down and enjoy the views.

Kitchen. A fully equipped kitchen to make your favorite dishes for your loved ones. Enjoy your delicious meals at the dining table for 4 or right at the kitchen bar.

Master Bedroom. Furnished with a king size bed, bright and airy with a balcony door instead of a window.

Bathroom. The bathroom is accessible both from the bedroom and the hallway.

Parking. The condo comes with free parking for one car. An additional vehicle would need to be parked off-site. The covered carport is great, especially after a snowy night.

Elevator. The elevator only goes to the 3rd floor. From the elevator, turn left and go up two short flights of stairs to the 4th floor.

Internet. Free wi-fi throughout the condo.

Amenities. Clubhouse with an indoor pool, hot tub and sauna is great, but I think the trail around the lake is even better. Enjoy your walk or run as you breathe in the crisp mountain air. Please go to the clubhouse between Building 1 and 2 (the clubhouse between building 3 and 4 is currently under remodel).

Getting Around. Walk to the lake, Marina, Dillon Amphitheater and restaurants in downtown Dillon. Summit Stage Buses are free and there is a bus stop by the post office. You can take the bus to Keystone or Silverthorne. Drive to Sapphire Point Overlook and continue to Breckenridge via Swan Mountain Road.
