Easy access to Summit Countyâs favorite ski resorts, fly fishing rivers, close to great restaurants, grocery stores, I-70, and US 6 (Loveland Pass).

A-Basin - 10.9 miles / 17 minutes
Copper - 12.5 miles / 18 minutes

The space
All the rooms have been decorated with a modern, clean look. It is a small space (500 square feet), so weâve worked hard to implement âsmall livingâ strategies. We took particular care in creating extra sleeping space that can be enjoyed by individuals, couples, friends, and families alike! Every area has been designed to efficiently and comfortably utilize the available area.
In the living room, the couch transforms into a double bed. The two standalone chairs fold out into individual twin-size beds. Sheets, pillows, and blankets are provided for both the twin-size and couch-based double beds.
In addition to the functional and comfortable furniture, we include modern technology, including fast and free 400 Mbs wifi, 120+ Cable channels, and Airplay 2 equipped Flat Screen TVs in both rooms. Both TVs are âSmartâ and include pre-installed applications such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+ and Apple TV. You can use your own credentials to view them or âcastâ from your iOS or Android devices.

Guest access
The unit's front door faces the open space of the Dillon lakeâs shore. The unit is part of a multi-level condominium complex that was recently updated with a modern exterior. Parking is on the street side of the complex and is limited to those with a parking permit (which will be waiting for you inside upon arrival). There are a few shallow exterior steps down from the parking lot to the ground level where the unit is accessed, about a 30-second walk. A map will be provided upon reservation.

There is typically adequate parking, but we highly recommend arriving before 6 p.m. on winter weekends, holidays, or when there is a lot of fresh snow, as parking becomes more in demand during these times.
If you have extra cars in your group, or if you arrive too late to secure a space, we will provide an overnight permit to park in the Town of Dillon lot, which is half a mile away (a 15-minute walk up/down a hill that may be icy in the winter).
Other things to note
We do not allow bookings for longer than 29 consecutive nights.
For bookings longer than 7 nights, our hospitality team will perform a full cleaning after every 7-day period. This ensures your stay remains comfortable and the property is maintained to the high standards our guests expect. These cleanings include fresh towels, replenished toilet paper, and a fully made bed with clean linens. Each cleaning will be charged at the same rate as your original cleaning fee.
The following regulations are set and enforced by the Home Owners Association and are not something we can modify for our guests:
No Pets â Only owners of record and the ownerâs adult family members are allowed to keep a maximum of two domestic pets per unit. Renters are prohibited from having pets of any kind.
Quiet time is from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Growing up skiing and biking with my family, I loved traveling to the mountains in all seasons of the year. I often recall the many adventures I shared with my parents and brothers surrounded by the majestic landscapes and bright blue skies of Colorado. It has always been a dream of mine to create experiences like this for my own children, and this condo is the manifestation of that dream. Sharing this special place with guests brings me joy and I am grateful for the opportunity to be able to provide a gateway for others to appreciate the beautiful lakes and Rocky Mountains of Colorful Colorado.
