Condo in Keystone Overlooking Snake River; Scenic Mountain and River Views!

This new 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom luxury condo sleeps 4 with a king bed and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Clearwater Lofts is a brand new complex near Lakeside Village in Keystone and only a half mile to the Mountain House ski lifts. Enjoy the free Keystone shuttle directly to the ski resort’s Peru Express Chairlift or ride your bike on the recreation path from Clearwater’s front door all the way to Lake Dillon and the surrounding towns. Clearwater Lofts also offers two shared outdoor hot tubs for guest use.

Upon entry guests will find themselves in the open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area. The entryway has a bench and mounted hooks for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. Just past the entryway you will find a modern washer and dryer in the hallway closet. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features quartz countertops and new appliances. The kitchen also has a breakfast bar with seating for three.

The living area offers mountain views, cozy furnishings, and a mounted Smart TV. Cozy up by the stacked stone fireplace and watch a movie as the snow falls. Additionally, The couch pulls-out into a queen sleeper sofa for extra sleeping arrangements. Additional sheets and blankets are stored in the closet. The balcony, located behind the living area offers mountain views.

Next to the living area guests will find the primary suite. This primary suite features a King sized bed, mounted Smart TV, large closet, and an en suite bathroom. The window offers scenic views to enjoy from the comfort of bed. The primary bathroom features quartz countertops and a shower/tub combination with beautiful gray tiling. The bathroom also had a second entrance from the common area.

Guests of Clearwater lofts can park one car in the underground heated garage. Perfect for protecting your car from the Colorado Elements. A second parking spot is available in front of the building on a first come first serve basis.

(For additional sleeping options, air mattresses are available upon request for a small fee.)

It's a bit of a walk to the lifts, about a half mile, but there is a shuttle (short ride there, long ride back). In the summer, this would be very convenient; the path is right outside!

Great stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was very modern and new. Clean, outdoor hot tub and great location! Only complaint is the bathroom rug being in a little rough shape. Normally a clean towel is given for a rug, but this was a rug with toothpaste and looked very warn. I’m a germaphobe so that might not bother others!

It was beautiful inside and very quiet. I loved that it has a designated parking spot and plenty of room for myself. The entire process was easy from picking up the keys to finding the property. I would love to come back again soon.

It wasn’t as clean as it should’ve been in there a lot of broken things the kitchen sink faucet was rattling. Toilet paper dispenser it was falling off the wall. The hot tub cover with sunken into the hot tub in the elevator did not work.

Clearwater loft #104

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is conveniently located a .5 mile walk from the conference center. The condo is modern and modestly furnished. The heated underground garage was a huge bonus due to a couple of inches of snow. I really wanted to run the gas fireplace, but the unit was so hot, even with the heat turned down; it was too hot to run the fireplace. There were also very few glasses, plates and silverware. there were only 2 of us, so we had to keep washing dishes by hand. The condo could also use a very good cleaning. The light fixtures over the kitchen counter were dusty as was the art work. Also behind one of the bedside tables, there was some trash.The property management company was very helpful and responsive.

Short bike ride to Keystone center and lake. It's right by a bike/walk trail along the Snake River. The negatives about this new unit are, NOICE from the nearby street (Hwy 6), only enough silverware and dinnerware for 4 people (have to constantly clean dishes), and no access to the resort pool nearby (the hot tub was not in service).

As a bonus, this apartment was a very easy walk, along a private road/walking trail, to the Peru chair for direct access to the mountain. My only feedback was that the apartment is close to a street light, so block out blinds would have been appreciated, there is also some white noise from the air circulators in the building, much like a hotel (not really sure what the purpose of these things is).

The location is a short walk to the water (paddleboarding/SUP) and the slopes as well as the conference center some nice hiking and biking trails without having to drive. The management company was very thorough in instructions and directions and very responsive. The only suggestion is to add outdoor furniture to be able to sit outside.

The kitchen was a bit low on basics but the property management was extremely responsive. Never used the hot tub , it seemed oddly placed but available. Summer 2024 Long Term Rental

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property management company was very professional and very accommodating. Would highly recommend them. If you have a bicycle I would avoid this complex. They do not allow bikes in the condos. They do not have any way to lock up your bike outside or in the underground garage. Fortunately, the property management company allowed us to store our expensive road bikes at their offices. The kitchen supplies (glasses, dishes...) badly need to be restocked. The parking spaces in the underground garage are very tight. We had to park our full-size SUV in the outside parking lot. The unit was nice and comfortable but hardly brand new.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the perfect condo for our family of 3’s adventure. The community was very quiet, as we came in off season.The only recommendation I have would be to add an additional lock to the door. Our 2 year old son was able to pull the handle and open the door without any trouble. Just a suggestion for general safety as well. We do understand that things are generally pretty safe in the mountains but it would be horrible if I young child got stuck or lost outside in the cold!

Really close to the river and the Mountain House. It would be great for the ski season. The condo was beautiful and very clean. It was just like the pictures shown on the website. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was awesome! Lots of room for a one bedroom condo! We enjoyed our stay! Did some amazing hikes and loved eating at the Sunshine Cafe and Sauce On The Blue. We would highly recommend this condo and the Summit County Mountain Retreats! They’re easy to book with and the checkin process is so convenient! Great rental company!

Great new place. Awful management

The sent this whole packet of stuff that was not streamlined at all and didn't make any sense. I never found where the office was if they have an office or the other amenities. The only communication took hours to respond. aka massive welcome packet that wasn't very helpful.
