The house dates to 1923 with gorgeous old glass windows on all sides. The light is amazing. There are two real bedrooms and a 3rd (without a closet) that works perfectly as an office or comfortable short term guestroom. The outdoor spaces in this home are incredible. A front porch overlooking the street is a perfect perch for sipping coffee in morning or wine in the evening. The backyard feels like a private park with a live oak serving as the centerpiece of the landscaping. There is a large screen porch for relaxing in the shade. A gas grill on the deck off the kitchen is perfect for summer barbecues. The best rooms of the house are the family room overlooking the gorgeous yard and the living/dining room. The well appointed kitchen combines vintage charm and modern convenience with fantastic equipment and utensils for amateur chefs.
