The shotgun layout draws natural light deep into the home, giving the living area a warm, airy feel that is rare for a city rental. After a full day out in New Orleans, this is where you decompress - sink into the sofa, pull up something to watch on the Smart TV with streaming, or gather around the in-home bar and mix a round of classic NOLA cocktails. Two bedrooms each come with their own full bathroom, giving everyone in your group genuine privacy. Both rooms are furnished with quality linens, clothing storage, and hangers - everything arranged so you can settle in and feel at home from the first night.

The fully equipped kitchen is built for real cooking. You will find a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hot water kettle, coffee maker, toaster, baking sheet, and wine glasses, along with cooking basics, dishes, silverware, and a dining table for gathering over a proper meal. Whether you are putting together a quick breakfast before heading out or cooking a full dinner after a day in the city, everything you need is already here.
 
Bathroom
Each bedroom has its own private bathroom stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and a hair dryer. Hot water, cleaning products, and all essentials are provided so you arrive to a space that is ready to go.
 
Outdoor living
Step out to the private backyard patio, furnished for both quiet mornings and relaxed evenings. It is a natural place to linger over coffee, wind down after a night out, or plan where to head next. The neighborhood energy is right there when you want it - and easy to step away from when you do not.

In-unit washer and dryer, air conditioning, ceiling fans, heating, an iron, a first aid kit, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, and a fire extinguisher are all included. Self check-in via smart lock makes arrival easy at any hour, and free on-street parking is available for guests with a car. The home is single-level with a private entrance.
