Step into a connected pair of Scottsdale retreats where sunny days unfold around sparkling pools and evenings invite you to gather with friends in open living spaces. The yard flows seamlessly between two homes, giving you room to spread out while still staying together. Play a round on the private putting green, cool off in the pool, or unwind on a lounge chair as the desert sky shifts through shades of pink and gold.

Sleeping arrangements
Together, the two homes offer 9 bedrooms and 13 beds. In Sundream, the primary bedroom has two patio doors opening to the pool, a king-size bed, TV, generous closets, and a designer ensuite bathroom with double vanities, a standalone tub, and a shower. The second bedroom has a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and private backyard access. The third and fifth bedrooms each include a twin and a queen bed, while the fourth has a king bed and direct backyard access. Desert Vice features a primary bedroom with a king and a twin bed, ensuite bathroom, TV, and backyard access. A second primary bedroom includes a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and backyard access. The third bedroom has a king bed, while the fourth holds a queen and a twin bed. In total, you have six bathrooms across the properties.

Outdoor living
The connected yard is designed for gathering, whether around the fire pit, dining outdoors, or relaxing on sun loungers. Two private outdoor pools are available year-round with heating offered, and patios and balconies provide space to enjoy fresh air in comfort. A private backyard, fully fenced, offers an open grassy area, outdoor furniture, and a BBQ grill.

Entertainment and family features
Spend time together with the pool table, board games, books, and mini golf. Families will appreciate the pack ’n play, convertible high chair with food tray, and children’s dinnerware always available in the home.

Kitchen & dining
Each house includes a full kitchen with a stainless steel stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and freezer. Cooking basics are provided, along with a coffee maker, blender, toaster, kettle, and wine glasses. Share meals at the dining table or take them outside to the furnished patio.

Comfort and convenience
Both homes offer central air conditioning, ceiling fans, and central heating. Laundry is simple with a washer and dryer in unit. Essentials such as towels, bed linens, and toiletries are included.

Safety and technology
The property is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, Wi-Fi, dedicated workspace, and smart lock with keypad self check-in. Exterior security cameras are located at the front of each home, and noise sensors are installed indoors and outdoors (no audio or video recording).
