Outdoor Oasis: Unwind on the back patio complete with a calming water feature, firepit, suspended day beds, covered gazebo, and misting system with plenty of space for your guest's outdoor dining and lounging. The resort style backyard boasts a state-of-the-art oversized pool that encompasses a built-in infinity spa alongside your own putting green and gas grilling station.

Indoor Luxury: All HÓZHÓ Scottsdale properties focus on premier bedding, plush pillows, and soft oversized pool and bath towels. Our homes are professionally furnished with your vacation experience in mind. Enjoy the chef's kitchen complete with Thermador appliances and top end cabinets and finishes. After a long day in the sun be sure to wind down in your own private theater or relax in harmony in your very own wellness room complete with infinity tub and massage tables.

Pool Heat is optional and is an additional charge. The spa is complimentarily heated.

Management reserves the right to evaluate and consider every reservation made by locals, individuals under 25 years of age and those booked the day before or the same day of check-in. As part of our standard procedure, we will require a fully refundable security deposit of $1000. The said deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided there are no damages or incidents for which the renter is responsible.

Per city ordinance we have noise aware systems to monitor noise levels and exterior monitors of the property. Any tampering of security and systems could result in fees and eviction. Perfect Scottsdale retreat!

This house was amazing! I hosted a work retreat with friends at this incredible house. The kitchen was incredible. The beds were the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. Serena was there to greet us when we arrived and showed me around. She was so kind and was available by text when I needed her. Highly reccomend!

Golf Weekend Basecamp

Perfect house for 8+ guys on a golf trip. House was spacious for guys to relax or socialize. Would definitely stay here again on next trip to Scottsdale.

Beautiful Property

There were 8 of us that stayed, so 8 BR’s was perfect! The amenities at the house are incredible. There is nothing the property owner hasnt thought of. The pool/spa and outdoor amenities are perfect for a large group. Great location for all of the golf courses we played: grayhawk/we ko pa/tpc scottsdale. Great proximity to Kierland Commons shopping/dining as well. We’ll be back!!

New Year Start

With a family of three generations from 2 under 6 months to adult children and grandparents this house became our home hosting nightly dinners and daily pool time (it helped that temps were in the 70's) The staff was very responsive to help with only a couple of issues. Very convenient to anything we needed from groceries, etc. Pool and outdoor TV's were great for viewing bowl games. We'll be back!

Beautiful property, Awesome service

We had an awesome experience staying at this incredible property. The house was beautiful, clean and with a number of amenities making it perfect for a trip with friends! We didn’t have any real issues during our stay but the property managers were readily available to help At any time and did help improve the WiFi signal when we asked. Really awesome house and service. Highly recommend!

Absolutely Stunning

Property management incredibly responsive. The property is more beautiful than even the pictures. Kitchen(s) well stocked, pool nice and warm, hot tub took a bit to warm when we arrived but by second day was hot. Truly remarkable, thank you for the best VRBO stay we have ever had.

Almost all the bedrooms have an en suite bathroom, which makes it a great choice for a large family or multiple couples. The location is convenient and close to anything you may need. It’s hard to want to leave the backyard with the beautiful pool, putting green, and multiple lounging areas. I’ll finish up by being impressed with the host, checking in with us and offering to help with any suggestions , issues or questions.

Family Trip to Scottsdale

When our previously booked accommodation cancelled on us at the last minute, the House and Home management team salvaged what was looking to be a disastrous start to our family trip....getting us into this home the next day. Carlos met us at the brand new and beautifully designed home upon check-in....and even provided a phone number to call/text with any questions or concerns. The layout of the home had plenty of common areas as well as beds/baths for privacy. The kids in our group loved the beds built in to the walls of the loft! The heated pool provided hours of enjoyment along with the putting green and outdoor TV area. There were plenty of dishes, cooking tools, and towels (both bath and pool). The home was convenient to shopping and restaurants, as well as other attractions (hiking, golf, etc.). I would definitely recommend both this home and top-notch management team!

Welcome goodies when we arrived and she even showed us around the property so we knew how to use everything. We will be back to visit another HOZHO Scottsdale property for sure!
