Take in the panoramic views through the large windows that surround the fireplace or out on the decks. Only 15 min from Downtown Grass Valley, 20 min from Downtown Nevada City, & 5 min from Alta Sierra Country Club. Close to local restaurants, wineries, breweries, & outdoor activities. Property consists of a 2bed/2bath home & a MASSIVE studio ADU.

During most mornings you'll see deer walk through the backyard and birds will be chirping everywhere. This truly is an escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and is the perfect setting for that relaxing getaway to recharge your "life batteries".

With the additional studio detached from the house (with a pool table, kitchenette, bathroom, King Size bed and TV, there's enough space for everyone to spread out, relax and enjoy themselves without feeling cramped. The massive vaulted ceilings, brand new hardwood floors and newly renovated bathrooms really give the house a more modern feel. At the same time, you'll still experience that cozy, cabin-like feeling that some properties in the Sierra Foothills have.

Amazing!!

John’s place was beyond what we could have imagined. when we first arrived, there were deer lounging in the backyard. The house itself was very cozy with plenty of space to spread out when needed. The fireplace and windows are spectacular! I wish we had more time to be physically hanging out in the house, but for the short time we were able to be there, it was a very relaxing retreat.

My sisters and I have been getting together every year since our mother passed away.three years ago. We wanted to stay somewhere that reminded us of our childhood growing up in the mountains of Oregon. This home and property were perfect for us.This home is so beautiful, when you walk in wow.. The first thing you notice when you walk in is the huge windows in the living room looking out into the forest. The beds and sofa were comfortable. There were deer all around the property that came to visit daily, morning and night. Squirrels, birds and even a wild turkey that made an appearance. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. It was very peaceful and rejuvenating. The property was well kept clean, appliances were clean working and in good repair. The host, John was very detailed in his instructions and quick to respond with information as needed. We would definitely stay here again without hesitations

This is a wonderful place to stay. The deer out our window every morning was a special treat. It was easy to put the young adults in the game room and us old folk in the main house. All of our needs were taken care of. Well done! Thank you
