Beau, spacieux, toute l'année, condo au bord du lac, avec glissement de bateau et plus encore!

Thank you for your review. I am taking corrective action immediately. Our cleaning lady that we had for years was amazing and unfortunately passed away. Our current company is obviously missing things. I will begin searching for someone better equipped to clean with higher standards. I was told our dryer that is relatively new hasn’t been working well so our cleaning lady brought some things home to wash. Perhaps she didn’t bring every thing back. We will purchase a new dryer this week as well. I’m glad you enjoyed the Venetian festival as well as other wonderful things in the area. Im Sorry about our cleaning company’s lack of diligence. We consider our lake home a little slice of heaven and want nothing more than our guests to love it as much as we do.

Thank you so much! We are so happy you enjoyed your stay! I hope you made wonderful memories with your family and I’m sure the wedding was beautiful!

Hi Toni, For some reason I missed this review. I have been very happy with our cleaning service and have received many accolades regarding their performance. I know occasionally they have had to sub out if they are double booked. I will try to see what may have gone wrong so as to make sure things are great for the future. Thank you for pointing this out. I hope you still had an enjoyable stay!

I am so glad you had a wonderful vacation. Please feel free to return anytime. We love to hear guests enjoy the area as much as we do. You just can't beat summers on Lake Charlevoix! Thanks for booking with us! Kollette

Thank you for your review. We always strive to make our guests as comfortable as possible. Based upon your comments we have since replaced the upper deck grill which was a nice Webber but had some wear and tear. Although we have central air the bedrooms can get warm, so we have now installed additional air conditioning units in the bedrooms. Bugs do happen up north being by the water. Our previous cleaning lady was meticulous spraying for bugs and paid attention to detail even storing personal items. She passed away suddenly and was very difficult to replace. We have since had the time to do research on excellent cleaning companies so our future guests should be pleased. I am so glad you enjoyed your stay but for the few suggestions you have indicated to improve. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you would like to stay again with the new improvements.

Thank you for your review. We will definitely make some corrections based upon your suggestions. We have owned this unit for 13 years and each year we make new improvements. It has been completely renovated with new flooring and granite countertops. The laundry room was added recently to add additional cabinet space for personal belongings. Most renovations are done during fall and winter in preparation for summertime. We are adding new additional pull outs in the basement as the others were getting a little worn. Sadly our wonderful cleaning lady who we absolutely adored and had for years passed away unexpectedly very recently. She was always mindful of locking the additional refrigerators where we keep our personal beverages. The renters refrigerator in the main kitchen should have been cleaned out for your use. We will make some improvements quickly based upon your suggestions. We hope you enjoyed your stay and made wonderful memories with your family. We consider our vacation home a little slice of heaven we love to share.

I am so glad your family had a great time and hopefully made some wonderful memories. Please feel free to come back and stay with us again! Thank you for your kind words regarding our property! Kollette

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay! Lake Charlevoix is certainly beautiful all year round. Of course summer is amazing and fall colors are spectacular. We would love to have you stay again! Thank you so much for booking with us!

Hi Brian! We are so glad you had a wonderful time! We love going up in the winter too. Feel free to reach out if you want to set something up. East Jordan River does a winter river rafting trip. We haven't done it yet but plan to this year!

I'm sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay. Our guests have always spoken highly of their experience and especially enjoy being able to stay right on the lake, without having to sacrifice the proximity to popular attractions and restaurants. We have taken action in response to your feedback about the cleanliness. The cleaning company that we use has given us reliable, consistent and thorough service for many years, however, we have recently noticed a decline in their attention to detail. We no longer use their services, and have switched to a different cleaning company who has provided exceptional, and quality results for our guests. Cleanliness is one of our top priorities, and this issue has since been corrected. We are excited about the positive change this new company has brought, and are equally as excited to share additional changes, as we are finishing up some amazing renovations inside, to further enhance our guests' vacation experience on their next stay.
