Rustic meets modern farmhouse, this family home promises to be your cozy home away from home. Nestled in a quiet charming neighborhood in East Windsor, the home is complete with 3 large bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, a large dining table that doubles as a workspace and a Smart TV with highspeed internet. Enjoy the relaxed atmosphere on the wooden porch with your morning coffee or take a short walk (350m) to Wyandotte St. E for a variety of shops, groceries and restaurants.
This family home is equipped with everything you need for a short or long term stay. It can accommodate up to 8 guests. There are 3 bedrooms (each sleeps 2), and the living room has a convertible sofa bed that can also sleep 2.
The kitchen is fully equipped with basic cooking essentials and appliances. There is no dishwasher in the home.
*Please note that as a Covid-19 precaution, we are no longer supplying coffee grinds to mitigate possibilities of cross contamination*
The 3 bedrooms are complete with queen size beds, brand new cotton linens, memory foam mattresses and blinds.
There is another self contained unit with a separate entrance, in the lower floor, that is currently occupied by a long-term tenant.
Check-in with secure smart lock code that is sent to you prior to arrival. This unit is private and not shared.
I do not live on site but am always available by phone. Please do not hesitate to ask if I have something. I try to be as accommodating as possible!
Located in a quiet charming residential neighborhood on Windsor's East end, enjoy the quiet relaxed atmosphere.
A short 4 minute walk to Wyandotte Street where you will find many shops, groceries and restaurants. A 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive (900m) to the nearest grocery store (No Frills), and a 6 minute walk (500m) to Shoppers Drug Mart.
Take a stroll to Riverside Drive for lakeside views and take a
break from the city with the beautiful parks (Alexander Park and Reaume Park) for serene nature. Visit Francois Court Park just 2 minutes from the house!
A short 10 minute drive to Downtown Windsor to explore all that the city has to offer.
There are bus routes along Pillette Rd. and Wyandotte St. that is a short 3 minute walk and 5 minute walk respectively.
Getting around via public transit is very convenient. You can get to all amenities such as stores, restaurants, groceries, liquor store, parks, and schools.
Guests reserved for 28 days or more are responsible for their own consumables after the initial reserve provided is used.
A refundable deposit of $250 will be collected at the time of booking and will be refunded if no damages are found after check-out.
Note: The individual making the booking must be the one staying at the property. The credit card on file must match the booker's name. Valid government-issued ID and a signed rental agreement are required prior to check-in.
Check-in: Flexible after 4pm
Check-out: 11AM
Quiet Hours: 10PM on weeknights, 11pm on weekends
House Rules and Instructions - Please read this section in its entirety
- NO SMOKING inside the property. All guests must dispose of cigarette butts in a specified container and thrown out off the property.
**Smoking indoors will result in a $500.00 fine. Removing smoke smell and nicotine from the walls I an extremely time intensive process.**
- NO PETS are permitted inside the property. Evidence of pets inside the property will result in a $100.00 fine charges to guests.
- NO PARTIES.
**Due to recent disrespectful guests and blatant partying on the premises. There is a $250.00 surcharge charges to groups that are deceitful about the use of the house. Please be transparent and honest. Guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund.**
- NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS inside the property at anytime. All guests must be registered for liability purposes.
**A surcharge of $100.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for each unapproved guest. Our cleaners and inventory is scheduled and prepared according to the number of guests occupying the unit.**
- CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES ARE MANDATORY, unless scheduled and confirmed 24 hours in advance and only if it does not disturb upcoming guest reservations.
**$50.00/hour penalty is applied if guests fail to check out by 11am as my cleaners are on tight schedules.**
- PARKING - Parking is available on the street. Please do not park on the driveway as the city mandates that the driveway is not to be used.
- GARBAGE is to be separated, bagged, sealed, and thrown out in the appropriate bins. Garbage (black bin), Recycling (blue bin), and Organics (green bin).
**Please put all waste in the appropriate bins in the outdoor bins located at the back of the property upon check-out and do not leave garbage inside the unit.**
- LOCK ALL WINDOWS & DOORS if you are not home. Please make sure all windows and doors and closed and locked upon check-out.
- TURN OFF ALL LIGHTS when not in use. Please make sure all lights are turned OFF at the time of check-out.
- MAINTENANCE AND/OR REPAIRS. Please contact me directly so I can send someone to tend to it.
- SHOES are to be left by the front door and not to be worn throughout the inside of the house.
- SECURITY SURVEILLANCE monitoring the entrance for the safety and security of the home and our guests.

- There is a Smart TV with built in ROKU for all your streaming needs.
LAUNDRY
- Please use conservatively. No large, bulky, or hard objects.
- Only a quarter of liquid detergent per full-sized load is necessary.
**IMPORTANT: Please leave washing machine door and detergent tray slightly open to allow the machine to properly air out and avoid molding.**
THERMOSTAT/AIR CONDITIONING/HEAT
- The house has central AC and heating. Please keep temperatures between 66 - 70 F (19 - 22.5 C).
- Please leave the thermostat ON at all times.
CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES
- Please wash, clean and put all dishes away. Cleaning dishes is not included in the cleaning fee.
- Please strip bed sheet and duvet covers and place them in front of the laundry machines.
- Please place all used towels and linens in front of the laundry machine.
- Please put all waste away in the appropriate bins in the outdoor shed and do not leave waste inside the unit.
- We appreciate guests who respect the home and encourage guests to leave the home in good condition to keep our cleaning fees reasonable so we can continue to offer guests an amazing experience.

- No feminine hygiene products
- No paper towel
