Super easy check in/out procedures. Host friendly and responsive to messages. Good location, close to Parkway, but far enough away that it’s quiet. Kitchen had all the cooking utensils/basic appliances we needed

We came with a family of 11-6 adults and 5 kids ages 2-10. This cabin provided separate areas for all ages. The game room and the bedroom with double bunk beds were a big hit with the kids. The beds were all very comfortable and sample packs of toiletries were provided. The view is wonderful. Sitting on the porch sipping coffee was a highlight. The proximity to Dollywood and all other attractions was excellent, while also maintaining a quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle. The on property outdoor pool was great for relaxing after a day of amusement parks, etc. I will tell you to plan cooking well. There is minimal pots and pans for large groups, but I still highly recommend this cabin. My family made great memories.

Bear Down was a perfect fit for a small family reunion. Super sound proof for our newest family member. Views were terrific.

Place was very clean and great location. Check in and check out was easy. There is an outlet cover missing from an electrical outlet in the bedroom on the first floor. Not a problem for us but dangerous if you have a small child. The flooring is very unlevel and you can feel drops in the floor as you walk (the cabin is elevated and I’m sure things have settled). Bring your own night lights. This cabin is very dark and the night light provided had no bulb. You will def want a night light if you tend to get up during the night or have small children. The master bedroom fan shakes and makes noises if you use it on any setting other then low. Overall the cabin was good and I would stay here again.

This was an incredible cabin! Great location and so clean. We only had 5 people staying in it, so all the extra room gave us plenty of space! The game room was incredible, and my kids loved it! They also loved getting to change bedrooms up throughout the stay! The host was very helpful and very responsive. Would 100% recommend this cabin for smaller groups or larger ones (as it has the space)! The kitchen was also very well stocked! Cannot wait to visit again!

The cabin was dusty, the upstairs bedroom sheets were dirty with urine. The iron was broken but got replaced. the outdoors needed wiping down and cleaned. The bathroom shower wall also dirty and hadn’t been cleaned.

This cabin was so beautiful and spacious for 5 adults and one child. Everything was so clean and well kept, we only saw 1 moth the entire 5 days. Check in and check out was so simple and the communication with the host was incredible. She responded to me within minutes no matter what time of day it was. The only complaints was, not enough outlets on the main level, the outlet in the main level bathroom did not work and the blinds on the main level did not go down. Also, The main levels bedroom box spring is upside down, but we made do. We will be staying in another one of this resorts cabins, but maybe not as big this time. Thank you so much!

Family vacation

This property has spacious bedrooms, family rooms, and kitchen. It’s nicely decorated and was very functional for our family of 4 adults and 2 children. Also loved having the new propane grill! Beautiful view from the top porch! The only recommendation I’d like to make is to consider blinds in the upper bedroom - it can get quite warm and bright in the morning. Overall it was a fantastic place to stay!

Perfect place for our party of 8 adults! Love the Hosts communication when I had questions. Had one small issue and they came out very quickly to address it. Only thing to note is this cabin is up high in the mountains and roads are a bit curvy and dark, so just be prepared.Great views are worth it!! Highly recommend!

The property was as described, spacious, clean and the kids and adults appreciated the televisions in every room and also having a full bathroom in every room. As other guests have stated, this cabin is located in the mountains so the drive to the cabin is on very windy roads and it takes approximately 15 minutes to get to the nearest market. Really the only negative to our visit was the kitchen did not have dish towels, dish cloths, and hot pads. Also, we were not informed that we would need to supply our own trashbags and were only left one extra (for 5 days for 8 people). In every VBRO I have stayed in, the kitchens had trash bags, foil, cling wrap and some even had a small supply of ziploc baggies. This kitchen has 2 pots (one medium and one small), 3 pans and a few bowls. As kitchen set ups go, this one is very lacking. Also, bring your own cups as there were only a few 12oz glasses (we had 8 people in our party.)

Summer 2025 Family Vacation

This was a planned family vacation with both of our daughters and spouses, grandchildren and my mother who was celebrating her 80th birthday! We had a week of adventure in the Smoky Mountain National Park, Dollywood, Pigeon Forge and Sevierville! There were things to do for those wanting to relax and take it easy or those that wanted excitement and entertainment! We will definitely be back for more adventures because there was so much more we want to see.

Spring Break

Rented this for spring break. House for most part was clean. The property was as described. There are multiple rental houses in a community. Pool area was not really close and was a walk.At this time of year there were a ton of carpenter bees.We loved the scenery on the porch.Living room tv was the only one that would work.

Nice house beautiful location Not the cleanest floors were very dirty. Had to ask to get the old trash removed from outside and no one seems to do inventory on the property broken and cracked dishes no way to clean the grill. Ripped furniture.

John, thank your for your review and feedback. The sofa was a small tear in a cushion and we have replaced the entire sofa . Our cleaners handle the trash and we promptly had them come collect it once you let us know the bins were full. We strive for cleanliness and to ensure all our guest are satisfied and comfortable. If we had known you had any concerns of the floors we would have been more than happy to quickly address it for you .
