Location is everything! This stylishly updated suite is walking distance to a pub (Cock and Bull), half mile from groceries, one mile to Five Points and UofSC. We are 1.5 miles to Williams Brice Stadium, perfect for game days. Fort Jackson is only 5 miles away. Featuring a queen bed, kitchenette with coffee, microwave and mini-fridge, and quiet work area, this is the place to be. The quiet neighborhood and relaxing front porch will help you recharge and inspire you!

You can use the entire suite. It is for you to enjoy it.

Pets are welcome with an additional $40 fee.

Fantastic quiet neighborhood. You would enjoy a walk around this area you can see some of the most beautiful architecture in town.

You can park behind the house.
Be careful not to block other cars entrance.
Please, no smoking, vaping, e-Cigs, candles, or any smoke-producing items inside the house at any time. We reserve the right to charge a $100 fee for any evidence of smoking inside the property. We are okay with you smoking on the OUTSIDE patio, but please clean up after yourself.

There is an additional fee of $100 per person for any extra guests staying the night other than the parties listed on the reservation. Thanks!

Items Left Behind/Returns

We are not responsible for any items left behind. IF YOU LEAVE ANYTHING OF VALUE BEHIND, PLEASE CONTACT US ASAP. We do not permit entry into the space after check out time (11 am). If any items are left behind, we can not guarantee that we will be able to return it to you. However, if any items are found we must charge a $30 handling fee plus postage and any other fees required to return items to you. Thank you.

Any missing keys will be subject to a $100 fee
