This stunning 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is a masterpiece of design and comfort, nestled on a premier lot adjacent to the park side of St. Edward’s University. Thoughtfully reimagined as a private compound, this residence seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living to immerse you in its serene, wooded surroundings.

Step into the front courtyard, framed by a Texas limestone privacy wall, and find yourself in a tranquil oasis. Frameless glass windows and large pocketing sliding doors connect the courtyard to the rear deck, sparkling pool, and a charming guest house. Perfectly finished with LaHabra stucco, thermally modified ash siding, and lush Texas landscaping, every detail of this property has been crafted with authenticity and style in mind.

House Rules:
- Occupancy [ 8 ]
- Parties are not allowed at this vacation rental.
- 1 pet is allowed for an additional fee of $100 per pet. Please clean up after your pet.
- No smoking on the premises, inside or outside. Fees may apply.
- Fireworks are not allowed.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and with an associated fee.
- Please adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times provided in your arrival instructions to ensure a smooth transition between guests.
- Primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entirety of the stay.
- For safety reasons, lighting candles is not allowed inside the property. We kindly ask guests to please refrain from using any candles indoors to ensure the safety of all guests and the property.
- If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found.
- Additional charges (including shipping fees) may apply if personal items are left behind.
- Please place all trash in the designated trash bins. No plastic bags in the recycling bin.
- Please follow the instructions on how to use the indoor fireplace posted at the property.
- There is a security camera present at the property. Please do not tamper with it.
- Please park in the driveway or directly in front of the property to keep our neighbors happy :)
- Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key.

Pool Rules:
- No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.
- Supervise children at all times.
- No glass is allowed in the pool or pool area. Additional fees may apply if glass is found in the pool area.
- Do not touch or move the cleaning robot in the pool to prevent damage.
- Pool service is scheduled every Monday, but this may be subject to change.
- For health, safety, and maintenance reasons, pets are strictly prohibited from entering the pool. A $500 fine will be charged if this rule is violated.

HVAC Rules:
Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. If you encounter any issues, don’t hesitate to contact us.

Pretty house, but not worth the price

The house is pretty, but was lacking hot water for a number of appliances. I had to reset the tankless water heater numerous times just to get hot water out of the master shower. The automatic gate did not work, requiring us to open and close it manually (often in the rain), and the property had an abnormal amount of flies around the outside any time we stepped foot in the backyard.Again, pretty house but lacked many basic things that should go without saying at this price point.
