SPI Family Fun!

Welcome to your perfect beachfront getaway! This stunning 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers you breathtaking ocean views and has been fully remodeled as of March 2025. Every detail has been thoughtfully updated to provide you a fresh, modern, and comfortable stay. We are set and ready to host! (note custom entertainment center (have temporary in place) and wall artwork are on backorder and should be in place in April.

You can enjoy your morning coffee while you are watching the waves from the balcony, or relax in the spacious living area overlooking the beach while you sit on the couch enjoying the 65" mounted Samsung Smart TV, or you can take advantage of a fully equipped kitchen with brand-new appliances and finishes to prepare a meal for your family to be served in the drift wood inspired dinning table.

Additionally, both bedrooms offer plush bedding for restful nights sleep after a day at the beach. you can relax in the King bed in the master or one of the 2x queen beds in the guest bedroom. In both bedrooms you can enjoy TV on your own wall mounted 50" Samsung Smart TV.

Located just steps from the sand and close to South Padre Island’s best dining, shopping, and activities, this condo is perfect for families, couples, or small groups looking for a relaxing escape.

For your days at the beach, you will find beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and toys in the condo ready and available to make your day in the sun a blast!

NOTICE: TEMPORARY POOL CLOSURE FOR REPAIRS - Monday April 28th thru Sunday May 18th! Pool will be back open well before Memorial Day. Take advantage of these 3 discounted weeks!

The condo was welcome stocked with needed items like paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo and laundry soap. The beds were comfortable and we slept we after many hours on the beach. The assigned parking space was nice to have in the gated area. The location was great to walk to get ice cream at the Baked Bear or lunch at the Kraken. Would definitely stay again if we ever go back to South Padre Island.

The property was located adjacent to the beach with beautiful views and cool breezes. Property was very clean. It was also accessible to eating and entertainment. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Beautiful Getaway

Gorgeous view, beautifully decorated and very well appointed - easy walk to the beach and so many restaurants/stores within 2 minutes of the property. Only regret is not staying longer. Shane was very responsive to any inquiry.

5 Star! Exceptional stay. The condo was absolutely perfect. Spotless, comfortable and the views were spectacular. Exactly what I had envisioned and more. The entire property was very well-maintained, and the gated, covered parking was an extra bonus, especially at a beach. Our host was responsive and checked on us often to make sure we had everything we needed. Our first visit to SPI and we'll definitely be back and would want to stay here again.

Beautiful Condo on the Beach

This condo is very nicely decorated with all amenities that you would need. Comfortable furnishings and full size washer/dryer a plus. Questions for the owner were answered immediately. Only regret is that we didn't stay longer!

Our entire family loved this condo. Everything was brand new and the owner really took effort to have everything available for our 4 night stay. Owner was responsive. We had parking and had 4 beds to choose from. We are already thinking of booking again in the never future!

Perfect Getaway

Shane’s condo was the perfect beachside escape! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space is beautifully maintained, thoughtfully stocked, and offers a stunning view of the beach — ideal for relaxing mornings or peaceful evenings. Shane truly thought of everything, from sand toys to keep the kids entertained to wine glasses for those quiet, adult moments. I also loved the walking distance to the local bakery and nearby restaurants — it made grabbing a coffee or bite to eat so easy and enjoyable. A special bonus was the amazing view of the Tuesday night fireworks over the bay. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway!

The location is great, within walking distance of Gravity Park, Driftwood Landing, B.O.B, and many other restaurants and bars. The condo is nicely decorated and has many conforts of home added in. Lots of lighting, comfortable and sensible furniture. Kitchen is well stocked. Towels and linens are nice. Plenty of extra clean blankets. Host is very responsive to all messages. Anything we needed, he was quick to help out.I hughky recommend this property and cant wait to go back!

We absolutely loved our stay at SPI FUN! This newly remodeled oceanfront condo was everything we hoped for and more. The location is unbeatable — right on the beach, with stunning views and easy access to the sand, pools, and great restaurants nearby. Whether you’re driving or using the island trolley, getting around is super convenient.The condo itself is beautiful. Everything inside is brand new and thoughtfully designed, from the stylish decor to the fully updated kitchen and bathrooms. You can tell the owners put care into making it feel both modern and cozy. We especially appreciated the fun extras — board games, beach accessories, and a well-stocked setup that made our stay feel effortless.One of the biggest highlights was how communicative and helpful Shane was throughout our stay. He was always just a message away and made everything smooth and stress-free from check-in to check-out.The gated parking area added peace of mind, and having multiple pools to choose from was a great perk. Whether you’re a couple, a small group, or a family, this condo checks all the boxes for a relaxing and fun South Padre Island getaway.11/10 — would absolutely recommend and hope to come back again soon!

I wanted to spend 2 months on the beach with a heated pool. The heated pool was very important because I had 2 recent knee replacements and a broken back. I wanted a HEATED pool to be able to daily walk in it and do PT workouts. When I arrived at the location, I discovered that the condo had a great view, right on the ocean but it had several problems. The first, and major problem, was that it did NOT have a heated pool. The pool was too cold to use! When I contacted the owner, he said that he would check on it and get back to me, which he never did. He also told me that there was a kiddie pool that was heated. The kiddie pool was about 14" deep and 8 feet across. I checked in the office to see if the lack of a heated pool was a new situation. They said that it was not and the owner had owned the condo for about 2 years & definitely would have been aware of this. The VRBO description listed a "HEATED POOL" a couple of times in its description. In addition, when I arrived, the condo was not very clean & the floors were very dirty. The kitchen garbage can had a new bag in it, but there was rotten food underneath the bag. I had to buy cleaning supplies (mop, toilet brush) as none were available. My third concern was the lack of communication from the owner. I had to ask for information several times and often received incorrect info. from a BOT program. The owner told me that he would get back to me about all the issues, and he did not. He did nothing to rectify them.

Excellent property with a direct view and all the amenities you could need. The room, kitchen, and bathroom are newly renovated, and everything feels fresh and modern.I did experience an issue with VRBO—they didn’t send the check-in and check-out details, and I wasn’t able to access them in the app. Their customer service line was also consistently busy.However, the property manager responded quickly and shared all the necessary information, which I really appreciated.

We are a family of 3 from Austin. We've been visiting SPI for years. It's the best beach in Texas, by far!

We purchased this unit late in 2024 to make lasting family memories and hope to be able to share this condo with other families that want to explore SPI!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Having stayed at 7 different properties on SPI, Ocean Vista Towers is by far the BEST! The building is well maintained. The residents and other guests are super nice. It's easy to get any on the island. And all the best restaurants and entertainment district are with-in walking distance.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

5th and 6th Floors offer the best views of the ocean and beach! Go higher, and you lose beach view, only see the water, go lower, and the dunes get in the way of a perfect view!

plus form the entrance balcony, you can see the entertainment district (3 blocks away), Friday night fireworks, and the Laguna Vista Bay!
