4 bed 3 bath villa with a pool and spa. Prime location right next to Orlando and all it has to offer. 5 piece master bath. Sitting area by the pool in the shade. Pool is screened in and has a security alarm for children’s safety. In ground jacuzzi and heated pool (extra cost for heating the pool). Game room in the garage, smart TVs in all the rooms including the living room with free WiFi. It’s time to come relax by the pool and enjoy the comfort and privacy of your own space. With no rear neighbors. Located in Calabay Parc. Close to all the theme parks and attractions

Pool heat is $30/day that will need to be paid at least 2 days prior to checking in so that we can get it turned on and heated prior to check in.

We have also added an air hockey table and a foosball table to the garage game room. We also insulated and added a couple of cooling runs to the garage so it will be more comfortable for the adults and kids to play out in the garage during those hot days that you are relaxing at the house

Great Family Spot!

Our stay was amazing! It was the perfect house for a family to vacation at. The alarm on all the pool doors was fantastic and much needed with a 5 and 2 year old. Would definitely recommend and would rent here again!

My family enjoyed this home, although we only slept here at night due to us spending all day at the Disney parks. Other than traffic, everything was great.

Beautiful home

We enjoyed our stay the owners had warned us about the ants so we were sure to keep food off the counter. Had to spray a couple places that we saw them but otherwise no problems. Pool was nice we paid to have the pool heated and it was nice as was the hot tub. Grandkids had a fun time felt good to come back from the Disney parks and crawl in the pool. The house was close to a Publix grocery store which was nice. Definitely recommend

Home away from home

Such a beautiful place! I loved that it was 1 story home. The pool and hot tub was amazing treat after a long day at the parks. I would totally stay at this place again!!!

Would def recommend this house and would love to stay in again. Had to contact property company couple of times, but they did help out straight away. Great location for parks etc. Rooms nicely decorated, everything you need.

Great Location

The house was the perfect location for our tournament this weekend. The tournament was at multiple locations in the area. They were also very accommodating with a late check-out on Sunday.

Excellent villa

We stayed here for two weeks at the beginning of July 23. The villa is in a great location and lovely quiet neighbourhood. The outside area was plenty big enough for our family of four and has a lovely enclosed area to sit out of the sun or rain!! The villa is so well equipped and has everything you need.Would definitely stay here again

Villa is airy with loads of details not found elsewhere. From elegant furnishing to interesting features, a nice play to stay for yourself or your family. The owners are proactively communicating and super responsive when contacted.

Lovely location

The property is clean and spacious, well equipped. Nice patio area with shade, pool and spa heating worked very well and great communication with the owners. We are unlikely to return to Florida but if we were we would definitely like to stay here again.

Just what we were looking for

This property checked all the boxes. We were down for an extended stay for the National Volleyball tournament. Was a great escape to come back to a quiet, non-people filled resort. Very roomy with all the amenities that we needed. We would definitely rent this property again.

Grrest house & location

This is a great house in a v good location close to Disney and the shops. The house was nice and clean and with all ghe amenities that you would need. A new publixs has opened just across from the house which is great . Would definitely recommend this house thanks for a great few nights:)

Great Spring Break location

We had the best spring break at this house! The outdoor area was perfect for adults and kids. House setup was also nice as the kid rooms are in the middle of the house and 2 masters were by the pool. Kitchen had everything we needed, even a Disney popcorn bucket we used! We had a few minor questions when we arrived and the host responded right away. Pool and spa were warm and enjoyed the whole week. Will definitely book this house again for a return trip to Orlando!

Great location, safe for kids

The home was nicely furnished with some fun extras (board games, pool toys, Xbox) that the children with us especially loved. I appreciated the pool door alarms that kept our children out of the pool area unless we were with them. A great touch!

Our stay was absolutely amazing houses exactly how they tell you although I think they underrate it they should make it as more convenient accessible it really is a good place you have the pool weather didn't cooperate in the evenings for it house was clean plenty of room for everybody it was great
