4 bed 3 bath villa with a pool and spa. Prime location right next to Orlando and all it has to offer. 5 piece master bath. Sitting area by the pool in the shade. Pool is screened in and has a security alarm for children’s safety. In ground jacuzzi and heated pool (extra cost for heating the pool). Game room in the garage, smart TVs in all the rooms including the living room with free WiFi. It’s time to come relax by the pool and enjoy the comfort and privacy of your own space. With no rear neighbors. Located in Calabay Parc. Close to all the theme parks and attractions

Pool heat is $30/day that will need to be paid at least 2 days prior to checking in so that we can get it turned on and heated prior to check in.

We have also added an air hockey table and a foosball table to the garage game room. We also insulated and added a couple of cooling runs to the garage so it will be more comfortable for the adults and kids to play out in the garage during those hot days that you are relaxing at the house

The pool was awesome with very nice furniture for lounging and eating. Great game room that had everything we needed to have fun. Kitchen was very nice and had quite new appliances. Owners are great and very attentive.

The house was good, just as advertised and expected. The host was great, and very responsive. We did have a couple of issues the first day, the hot tub/spa kept turning off after 5 minutes the first morning. The host responded right away though, and the spa worked fine the rest of the time. Pool was very clean and we enjoyed it once it finally warmed up. We enjoyed the thick cushions on the poolside loungers, and the availability of inflatables for the pool. For the house, it seems the cleaner cut some corners in the family room though, there was a mess all over the floor & carpet in front of the couch. That definitely had us checking the rest of the house very thoroughly, but thankfully the rest was clean. Beds could be replaced, they’re very soft, saggy, and creaky. Pool table in the games room is also pretty rickety and feel like it’s falling apart. Just things to note.

Great place to stay while visiting Disney!

Great place to stay with your family if you are visiting Disney World . Very clean and the pool and hot tub were wonderful! The hosts were accommodating and answered all questions promptly before and during stay. Great experience!

Great Family Spot!

Our stay was amazing! It was the perfect house for a family to vacation at. The alarm on all the pool doors was fantastic and much needed with a 5 and 2 year old. Would definitely recommend and would rent here again!

My family enjoyed this home, although we only slept here at night due to us spending all day at the Disney parks. Other than traffic, everything was great.

Family holiday

Fantastic villa and location for exploring Florida and Disney. Pictures do not do full justice to the accommodation. Would highly recommend staying here and look forward to coming back!

Home away from home

Such a beautiful place! I loved that it was 1 story home. The pool and hot tub was amazing treat after a long day at the parks. I would totally stay at this place again!!!

Family Holiday

The villa was very well equipped and had everything and more than expected. Communication with the owners was always prompt and helpful.Only thing that let it down a little was the cleanliness, in general the main areas were clean but the villa would benefit from a deep clean. Lovely house, in a nice area, good location

Would def recommend this house and would love to stay in again. Had to contact property company couple of times, but they did help out straight away. Great location for parks etc. Rooms nicely decorated, everything you need.

Great Location

The house was the perfect location for our tournament this weekend. The tournament was at multiple locations in the area. They were also very accommodating with a late check-out on Sunday.

Excellent villa

We stayed here for two weeks at the beginning of July 23. The villa is in a great location and lovely quiet neighbourhood. The outside area was plenty big enough for our family of four and has a lovely enclosed area to sit out of the sun or rain!! The villa is so well equipped and has everything you need.Would definitely stay here again

Lovely location

The property is clean and spacious, well equipped. Nice patio area with shade, pool and spa heating worked very well and great communication with the owners. We are unlikely to return to Florida but if we were we would definitely like to stay here again.
