The space
Set at Sugarbush Resort, this end-unit home offers ski-in/ski-out access to Lincoln Peak, making winter days effortless. You can clip into your skis just outside and return home without driving or shuttles. When the weather turns cold, the indoor fireplace anchors the living area, creating a natural place to gather, unwind, or read by the fire.

Living and entertainment
The main living space is designed for time together after the mountain. Comfortable seating surrounds the fireplace, and entertainment ranges from a TV and game console to arcade games, life size games, darts, and board games that keep all ages engaged during snowy afternoons or long evenings.

Kitchen and dining
A full kitchen supports relaxed meals at home, whether you are fueling up before first chair or settling in for dinner after skiing. The dining table offers space to share meals, play games, or plan the next day on the mountain.

Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps up to 12 guests across four bedrooms and additional sleeping spaces. The main-floor primary bedroom includes a king bed and a twin sleeper chair. Upstairs are two bedrooms with king beds. The fourth bedroom features a twin-over-twin bunk, a twin window bed, and a twin trundle. A queen pull-out couch in the living room provides extra flexibility. Bed linens, towels, and a washer and dryer are provided for convenience during longer stays.

Outdoor space and resort access
