Magnifiquement rénovée avec vue sur l'océan et la montagne, cette unité de luxe à l'étage comprend les étages 2 et 3 (l'unité en bas est occupée) avec un escalier en colimaçon menant à la suite lune de miel au 3ème étage. À l'étage, le King Master a une vue sur l'océan depuis le lit, le bain à remous et les portes givrées pour plus d'intimité. En bas, vous trouverez la chambre de la Reine et la 3ème chambre a une couchette double et un lit jumeau. Salle de bain complète à ce niveau, plus laveuse / sécheuse, cuisine entièrement équipée avec bar. Le salon a une cheminée (bûches presto uniquement), une salle à manger, des curseurs vers la terrasse avec vue sur l'océan. Télévision par câble de base avec combo DVD / magnétoscope dans le salon. MAINTENANT, AVEC WI-FI GRATUIT! Pas d'animaux ou de fumer. Parking pour 3 voitures maximum. AUCUN VR ou remorque autorisée. Juste quatre maisons de la promenade et 6 blocs courts à Broadway / Centre-ville, cet appareil fabuleux est prêt à profiter.

Great location

The house is very conveniently located. It is also stocked very well. I would stay again. The only thing that I would warn about is the spiral staircase and the ledge around the queen bed on the main floor. I’ve got a bloody shin to show for it.

Great Family Vacation!

Great property, close to the boardwalk. My kids (7 & 9) loved the house. In a quiet spot but a quick walk to the popular downtown area.

Great location

Though we were not right on the beach, it was close enough, and from certain parts of the home you could see the ocean. The only downer was there is a big jacuzzi tub upstairs that was in dire need of a good jet cleaning. We didn't use it. Other than that, the rest of the home was very clean. We may try to stay there again If we travel to seaside in the future.

Perfect Location

We were in Seaside for a family wedding. Our stay was the perfect location for all of the festivities. Beautiful views and close to everything. Loved running along the boardwalk and beach each morning. We would definitely recommend and would stay again if ever in Seaside.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The home was perfect for our family of six. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Great location just steps to the beach and only a few minutes walk to the main part of town and all the restaurants! Would definitely stay here again!

The house was great and very clean. We did have issues with light. The lights in the kitchen were too low. Also sitting at the dinning room table we had trouble seeing. The light bulbs looked very different than I have ever seen. But someone needs to get brighter lights. Also there seemed to be a little mold in the downstairs bathtub. Not sure if it was mold but very dark. But the house was great, location great. We really enjoyed the week

Daughter got married at Ecolob point. Our beach house was perform a family of 7. We let the newlyweds have the big bedroom which was upstairs with a spiral staircase. Beach, shopping was in walking distance. Very scans peaceful week

Comfortable home & close to the beach

We enjoyed the layout of the home and especially the location to the beach. Just a short walk to a beautiful clean beach that was so much fun to explore. The home was well equipped for cooking and entertaining. The only suggestion would be new pillows and the bunk room beds work for kids, but new mattresses for adults would be wonderful. The upstairs suite was amazing!

Great upper-level with views!

This house was really clean, very bright and in a great location to all of Seaside's main attractions! Everything was easily walk-able. We had seven people (says it sleeps 8) and it felt about full- especially for beds. However, we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay!

It was a great location easy and close to walk to lots of places including the main part of seaside. The house is attached to a permanent residence and I wouldn't have booked it if that was in the description the neighbor was fine but I definitely felt like we all had to be more careful of our walking and noise level. On the second day we discovered ants in the kitchen the management team respond after I called 2 times we noticed them in the living room and as our trip progressed we noticed them in the living room and the upstairs/main bathroom and bedroom. There is also only 1 TV (small) in the living room so you are gonna have to definitely gonna have to bring other things to entertain your kids or yourself.. the neighborhood was great and quiet too. We enjoyed our experience and would rent with the management team again but we wouldn't rent the property again

Seaside Getaway

Lovely home right by the beach in Seaside! Great location and home base for our group as we traveled to many locations within the area. Overall, a very lovely stay for the weekend. A few small hiccups from our experience. Garbage bins were absolutely full when we arrived, and there is instruction (in the binder) to take out all garbage upon departure. We couldn't do. We were advised to leave the garbage bags by the front door for pick-up, after being asked to wait until the garbage pick-up happened to then take out the trash. We wouldn't have noticed this if we didn't have a curious toddler opening drawers, but there was one drawer with opened and empty candy wrappers. Probably missed in the cleaning process of the space.

Girls Weekend

Very nice place overall. There was very little hot water and we didnt notice until first baths fir grandbabies were happening after dinner. Property manager came out within 15 minutes to address it, unfortunately we had to wait for the water heater to heat up again and around 830pm there was still no hot water, this was after about 2 hours of resetting heater, decided to wait until morning to call back. Had to leave a message and they called back within an hour and had a plumber show up to fix it. So needless to say half of our 2 days were without hot water but whats a vacation without mishaps right? Everything else was wonderful and the property managers were awesome and very attentive to our needs. We will definitely rent here again.
